Generating Facility Capacity. The net capacity of the Generating Facility or the aggregate net capacity of the Generating Facility where it includes more than one device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity. Good Utility Practice - Any of the practices, methods and acts engaged in or approved by a significant portion of the electric industry during the relevant time period, or any of the practices, methods and acts which, in the exercise of reasonable judgment in light of the facts known at the time the decision was made, could have been expected to accomplish the desired result at a reasonable cost consistent with good business practices, reliability, safety and expedition. Grant PUD's Interconnection Facilities - All facilities and equipment owned, controlled or operated by Grant PUD from the Point of Change of Ownership to the Point of Interconnection as identified in Appendix A to this Agreement, including any modifications, Material Modifications, additions or upgrades to such facilities and equipment. Generating Facility Capacity. The maximum gross megawatt electrical output at an ambient temperature of 32°C of the Generating Facility and the aggregate maximum gross megawatt electrical output of the Generating Facility at an ambient temperature of 32°C where it includes multiple energy production devices.
