Grade Level Transfers. (a) No teacher in the Elementary Schools (preprimary through grade 6) who is on tenure shall be transferred from the Elementary Schools to the Secondary Schools (grades 7 through 12) without his/her consent. No teacher in the Secondary Schools shall be transferred from the Secondary Schools to the Elementary Schools without his/her consent. If the Superintendent advises a teacher prior to theAssignment Process” that his/her position will require work at both the elementary and secondary levels and the teacher does not exercise his/her right to bid into another position, consent shall be inferred. (b) No later than one week prior to the close of each school year in the Elementary Schools (preprimary through grade 5), the building principal shall inform certified/licensed personnel of the class configurations at each grade level (i.e. ESL, Collaborative, etc.). In the presence of an Alliance Representative, and in order of seniority, grade level teachers shall choose a class. Teachers holding specialized certifications (i.e. ESL) shall retain the class he/she is currently teaching in which the specialized certification is required. A more senior teacher with a specialized certification not currently in use shall not be allowed to displace the current teacher from a class requiring a specialized certification, unless his/her class is to be discontinued.

  • Lateral Transfers Employees may request to be transferred to a vacant position within their classification in another division of the Public Works Department and may be transferred pursuant to such request with the written approval of their division head, the involved appointing authority and the Employer's Director, Labor Relations. Such transferred employees shall serve a three (3) month probationary period in the new position. If removed by the appointing authority during the probationary period, the involved employee shall be reassigned to a vacant position within the classification or, if none is available, to their previous position.

  • Data Transfers You acknowledge and agree that we may access and Process Personal Data on a global basis as necessary to provide the Subscription Service in accordance with the Agreement, and in particular that Personal Data may be transferred to and Processed by HubSpot, Inc. in the United States and to other jurisdictions where HubSpot Affiliates and Sub-Processors have operations.   • Onward transfers The data importer shall only disclose the personal data to a third party on documented instructions from the data exporter. In addition, the data may only be disclosed to a third party located outside the European Union (in the same country as the data importer or in another third country, hereinafter ‘onward transfer’) if the third party is or agrees to be bound by these Clauses, under the appropriate Module, or if: (i) the onward transfer is to a country benefitting from an adequacy decision pursuant to Article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 that covers the onward transfer; (ii) the third party otherwise ensures appropriate safeguards pursuant to Articles 46 or 47 Regulation of (EU) 2016/679 with respect to the processing in question; (iii) the onward transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims in the context of specific administrative, regulatory or judicial proceedings; or (iv) the onward transfer is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person. Any onward transfer is subject to compliance by the data importer with all the other safeguards under these Clauses, in particular purpose limitation.

  • Measurement method An isolation resistance test instrument is connected between the live parts and the electrical chassis. The isolation resistance is subsequently measured by applying a DC voltage at least half of the working voltage of the high voltage bus. If the system has several voltage ranges (e.g. because of boost converter) in conductively connected circuit and some of the components cannot withstand the working voltage of the entire circuit, the isolation resistance between those components and the electrical chassis can be measured separately by applying at least half of their own working voltage with those components disconnected.

  • Void Transfers To the greatest extent permitted by the Act and other Law, any Transfer by any Member of any Membership Interests or other interest in the Company in contravention of this Agreement shall be void and ineffective and shall not bind or be recognized by the Company or any other Person. In the event of any Transfer in contravention of this Agreement, to the greatest extent permitted by the Act and other Law, the purported Transferee shall have no right to any profits, losses or Distributions of the Company or any other rights of a Member.
