Harassment Prohibited Clause Samples
The 'Harassment Prohibited' clause establishes a clear prohibition against any form of harassment within the context of the agreement or workplace. It typically outlines unacceptable behaviors, such as verbal abuse, intimidation, or unwelcome advances, and may specify procedures for reporting and addressing complaints. By explicitly banning harassment, this clause helps create a safe and respectful environment, reducing the risk of disputes and legal liability related to inappropriate conduct.
