HEIGHT PAY Clause Samples

The HEIGHT PAY clause establishes additional compensation for employees who perform work at significant elevations or heights. Typically, this clause specifies the conditions under which height pay is triggered, such as working above a certain number of meters or feet, and outlines the rate or method of calculating the extra pay. Its core practical function is to recognize the increased risk and difficulty associated with working at heights, thereby incentivizing safety and fairly compensating employees for hazardous duties.
