Implementation Training Sample Clauses

The Implementation Training clause outlines the obligations and procedures for providing training to users or staff as part of the rollout of a new system, product, or service. Typically, this clause specifies who will deliver the training, the format (such as in-person sessions, online modules, or documentation), and the timeline for completion. Its core practical function is to ensure that all relevant personnel are adequately prepared to use the new implementation effectively, thereby reducing errors, facilitating adoption, and supporting a smooth transition.
Implementation Training. At no additional cost to the State, the Contractor shall work with the State to provide users an opportunity to learn about the program. The Contractor may host other implementation and trade shows around the State as well as additional vendor seminars and training at the direction of the State. As part of the Contractor's duty to provide training at the direction of the State, Contractor may be required to host training sessions via the internet. The Contractor shall use reasonable best efforts to provide training as necessary to facilitate the goals of this Contract.
Implementation Training. 9.1. For the purposes of this clause, “Implementation Training” means any items listed under the Training and Implementation section of your Proposal. 9.2. The relevant fees for the Implementation Training will be set out under the Training and Implementation section of your Proposal. 9.3. You acknowledge that any and all unused Implementation Training expires twelve (12) months from the Acceptance Date. If you require further training, you must contact Simpro to purchase Additional Training. 9.4. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, you acknowledge that a minimum of five (5) Business Days’ notice is required to change or cancel any training scheduled with Simpro. If less than five (5) Business Days’ is given, you will incur the full fees of the relevant training days plus any non-refundable out of pocket expenses, such as travel costs and disbursements that Simpro has incurred.
Implementation Training. QuickStart Implementation. ‘QuickStart’ is an add-on training and implementation service that Client may elect to purchase. If Client elects to purchase QuickStart, Oracle will provide training and implementation assistance to Client for up to the specified period of time and up to the number of Client representatives set forth in the applicable Order; however, if the Order does not specify the duration of the QuickStart training and implementation assistance or the number of Client representatives that are permitted to receive such assistance, then the duration and/or number of permitted Client representatives shall be determined by Oracle, in its reasonable discretion. If Oracle agrees, in its sole discretion, to perform such training onsite, Client shall reimburse Oracle for all travel expenses incurred by Oracle in connection with such onsite training. If purchased, Client must utilize the purchased QuickStart services within sixty (60) days of the applicable Order’s effective date.

Related to Implementation Training

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Implementation and Review The Parties shall consult annually, or as otherwise agreed, to review the implementation of this Chapter and consider other matters of mutual interest affecting trade in services.   • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.
