Incident Analysis. The Incident Analysis phase will commence after the Initial Incident Response phase has been completed. Verizon will utilize a combination of open-source, proprietary, and commercially-available tools to analyze and collect Evidence from Customer’s Network and Information Systems. Where possible, these efforts will be performed on Customer premises but it may be required to transfer the Evidence to a Verizon forensic laboratory.
