Indefinite Leave Sample Clauses

The Indefinite Leave clause allows an employee to take a leave of absence from work for an unspecified or open-ended period. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which such leave may be granted, such as for medical reasons, family emergencies, or other significant personal circumstances, and may address how the employee's position or benefits are handled during their absence. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for employees facing situations that require extended time away from work, while also giving employers a framework for managing prolonged absences.
