Information on Working Arrangements.  The overall objective of these Framework Agreements is to facilitate and expedite the process by which Environmental Finance Unit can hire the services of Technical Specialists on Climate Change Adaptation once there are specific assignments over the next 3 years;  Estimated level of effort including travel: approximately 173 working days over 12 months for each consultant.
