INFORMATION TO BE EXCHANGED Sample Clauses
INFORMATION TO BE EXCHANGED. (1) Each Contracting Party shall collect the information as listed in this Article with respect to a solar PV project located on its territory receiving financial support from the other Contracting Party under this Agreement and exchange this information with the other Contracting Party.
(2) When a Contracting Party has received the identification number in the Danish or in the German registry regarding a winning solar PV project in its pilot auction under this Agreement and when that solar PV project is located in the territory of the other Contracting Party it shall immediately send a notification to the other Contracting Party that this solar PV project has won part in the national pilot auction round. Thereafter the other Contracting Party can start sending production data concerning this solar PV project in accordance with paragraph 3 of this Article and the Contracting Party can require confirmations in accordance with paragraph 4 of this Article.
(3) The Contracting Parties shall exchange information on the following production data:
a) the identification number of the PV installation, or the identification numbers if the PV installation is registered in both the Danish and the German registry;
b) the amount of electricity produced in each hour; and
c) the market price in the relevant price zone of the electricity market for each hour.
(4) A Contracting Party shall when relevant confirm in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 11 and paragraph 2 of Article 12 that to its best knowledge the following conditions for providing financial support to a solar PV project located on its territory but financially supported by the other Contracting Party are met. These confirmations shall include information:
a) on the identification number of the PV installation, or the identification numbers if the PV installation is registered in both the Danish and the German registry;
b) on the location of the solar PV project,
c) on the size of the solar PV project either as maximum rated capacity of the solar PV panels or as maximum rated power which can be delivered to the grid;
d) on the date when the solar PV project became operational;
e) that all electricity produced by a PV installation from a solar PV project located in its territory but supported by the other Contracting Party is fed into the grid and has not been self-consumed;
f) that the electricity was not marketed multiple times or otherwise transferred multiple times;
g) that the solar PV project supporte...
INFORMATION TO BE EXCHANGED. (1) Each participant may request safety-related information from the other Participant on any matter related to the peaceful use of nuclear energy within the other Participant’s jurisdiction and control, including, but not limited to, information on:
(a) Review and assessment of non-proprietary new nuclear facility designs and technologies
(b) Siting, construction, commissioning, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear installations
(c) Legislation, regulations, licences, regulatory codes, standards, criteria and guides
(d) Technical reports and nuclear safety assessments, including those related to Periodic Safety Review (PSR), Long-Term Operation (LTO) and Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) for nuclear facilities
(e) Technical reports and nuclear safety assessments, including those related to radiological safety and radioactive waste management
(f) Nuclear safety incident and accident reports, and, in particular, information concerning any nuclear safety event that has a major radiological significance and the remedial actions undertaken in response
(g) Safety-related research concerning licensing and regulatory control of nuclear installations and nuclear activities
(h) Radiation protection and physical protection of nuclear material and radioactive sources
(i) Storage, discharge and treatment of radioactive waste
(j) Regulation of radioactive waste management
(k) Regulation of remediation of radioactively contaminated sites and management of the resulting waste
(l) Stakeholder, Public and Project Communication strategies in nuclear safety (m) Information related to the training of regulatory personnel and technical support organizations
(n) Emerging and new trends
(2) Each Participant will use its best efforts to provide the information that may be requested by the other Participant pursuant to paragraph (1).
(3) Either Participant may provide the other Participant with any information that it considers of interest to the other Participant, without receiving a request for that information.
INFORMATION TO BE EXCHANGED. 4.1 In case of an infestation, each Participant will, as soon as practicable, notify the other of such infestation.
4.2 A Participant may request any or all of the following from the other Participant in respect of an infestation or generally as the information is available to the Participant from whom it is requested:
(a) laboratory tests results;
(b) inspectors’ reports;
(c) disease or infestation reports;
(d) plant movement permits or licences;
(e) quarantine documents;
(f) import certificates;
(g) export certificates;
INFORMATION TO BE EXCHANGED. Subject to Paragraphs 3 and 4 below, the participants will exchange safety-related information concerning any of the following matters in relation to which they have responsibilities:
INFORMATION TO BE EXCHANGED. 5.1 Partners to the agreement will exchange relevant information with the DIP Teams.
5.2 Aggregate Data This is data which does not identify individual clients, but contains numerical or statistical detail, which can be utilised to inform future policies or planning. Examples of this kind of data could be:– • the total number of new referrals from prison CARAT teams during a specific month Or • the total number of clients entering the DIP programme during a given month. This can be freely exchanged within each partner organisation’s policies and procedure without concern.
INFORMATION TO BE EXCHANGED. (1) Each Participant may request safety-related information from the other Participant on any matter related to the peaceful use of nuclear energy within the other Participant’s jurisdiction and control, including, but not limited to, information on:

(g) radiation protection and physical protection of nuclear material and radioactive sources
(h) storage, discharge and treatment of radioactive waste
(i) regulation of radioactive waste management
(j) communication projects and strategies in the nuclear safety research field
(2) Each Participant will use its best efforts to provide the information that may be requested by the other Participant pursuant to paragraph (1).
(3) Either Participant may provide the other Participant with any information that it considers may be of interest to the other Participant, without receiving a request for that information.
INFORMATION TO BE EXCHANGED. 3.1 Upon being provided by British Columbia with the name, date of birth, and, if known, the federal client identification number or document identification number of an individual, Canada will search its records and will provide British Columbia, if available, the following information about the individual:
a. Federal client identification number(s) or document identification number(s);
b. Name(s) and/or aliases;
▇. ▇▇▇▇ of birth;
d. Sex;
e. Current and/or last known addresses;
f. Current and/or last known telephone numbers;
g. Marital status;
h. Date of entry or date of arrival in Canada;
i. Date of landing or date of permanent resident status;
j. Immigrant category or class;
k. Immigration status which shall include but is not limited to information relating to the individual’s:
i. Current residency status in Canada,
ii. Application for refugee protection status, eligibility decision with respect to the individual’s refugee protection claim and date of final determination,
iii. Status of the individual’s application for Pre-Removal Risk Assessment.
iv. Application for permanent resident status,
v. Date immigration warrant issued,
vi. Status of current and prior removal orders, including date of issuance and date of actual removal or departure,
vii. Appeals of a decision of the Immigrant Refugee Board (IRB);
l. Details of any sponsorship undertaking including, but not limited to:
i. Name, aliases, date of birth and current and/or last known address(es) of sponsor, ii. Name, aliases, date of birth and current and/or last known address(es) of undertaking co-signer,
INFORMATION TO BE EXCHANGED. 4.1 The personal information to be made available and the specific purposes for which it is made available are described in the Annexes to this Agreement.
INFORMATION TO BE EXCHANGED. Subject to Paragraphs 3 and 4 below, the Participants will exchange safety and security-related information concerning any of the following matters in relation to which they have responsibilities: Regulation of the siting, construction, commissioning, operation, and decommissioning of civil nuclear installations and radioactive waste management facilities; Regulation of the transport of radioactive materials; Research in connection with licensing and regulatory control of nuclear installations; Regulation of radioactive sources; Regulatory implications from the adoption of novel methods, technologies and analyses to design, construct and operate nuclear facilities; Inspections of nuclear installations and manufacturing facilities; Regulatory interest relating to emergency preparedness and response; and Regulatory capacity building including human resources management, competence management and diversity policies.
INFORMATION TO BE EXCHANGED. 3.1 Upon request on a per client basis, Canada will provide Saskatchewan the following information to determine the eligibility of the individual for assistance under Saskatchewan programs supported under the Agreement, determining and assessing employment needs, determining the appropriate type of assistance to be provided and determining the amount of financial assistance that may be required, determining case management requirements and carrying out the delegated functions of the National Employment Service:
i. name;
ii. social insurance number;
iii. address;
iv. date of birth v. benefit period commencement; vi. date of renewal application; vii. claim type; viii. claim status;
