Installation of the Software. Installation of all hardware and supporting software so that minimum configuration requirements for installation of the Software are met is the responsibility of Customer and installation of the Software shall also be the responsibility of Customer.
Installation of the Software. 2.1 Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, the installation of the Software (including the Licensed Version of the Software, the Updates and the New Versions of the Software, if any), as well as of all the relevant hardware and supporting software (so that minimum configuration requirements for installation of the Software are met) shall be made by CETENA.

Installation of the Software is restricted to a single instance on a physical or virtual server on a network under the control of the entity or entities detailed in the Quotation and Supplier Order Form.

Vendor shall install the Search Tool or Software on Purchaser’s designated equipment in accordance with the Purchaser’s specifications and technical requirements.
Installation of the Software. 4.1 Labforward provides you with a digital copy of the respective Labforward Product for installation on your servers via web browsers (cross-operating system). The software supports the following browsers (in their current version): Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. 4.2 You are required to provide the hardware and software infrastructure as described at the Labforward Support Portal. 4.3 If you require technical assistance with the installation, Labforward will provide assistance by telephone in accordance with the Order Form. Support services that exceed the hours provided for in the Order Form are to be compensated at EUR 150 per hour. 4.4 You are responsible for updates to the server environment. Labforward provides support services only for the three (3) most recent on-premises versions.
Installation of the Software. To install the XTension just copy the XTension into the XTension-folder of QuarkXPress. After a restart of QuarkXPress the XTension works. The registration process of the XTension is done while QuarkXPress is starting. If you have entered a valid activation key the added functions of the XTension can be called through the utilities menu of QuarkXPress or you can use the extra tab in the usage dia- log of QuarkXPress. The XTension runed in demo-mode has all the features of the full version. The only difference is that you cannot save/print QuarkXPress documents.
Installation of the Software is not included in the price indicated in the invoice and will be billed at our current billing rates (information about these rates is available on request). For work outside of normal working hours, surcharges will be made. Travel and waiting periods count as working hours.
Installation of the Software on a different operation system is not permitted.
