Letter of Assignment. The employer will provide a letter of assignment at the earliest possible time upon School Board approval of the collectively bargained agreement to each clerical employee. This letter will outline such details as assigned work days, vacation days, holidays, insurance contribution, rate of pay and other items deemed necessary. During a negotiation year, Letter of Assignment will be issued once a new contract has been settled.
Letter of Assignment. Each semester that an Employee is teaching, the Employees will be provided with a Letter of Assignment, either in hard copy or electronically, which specifies the classes and sections assigned to the Employee.

(a) Where Eraring Energy has a contractual or other obligation to undertake work for a defined period of time at an external location, either in Australia or overseas; and
(b) Which necessitates an employee being accommodated away from their usual place of residence to another, which is remote from that usual residence, for a continuous period of three months or more.
Letter of Assignment. (a) Where the Company offers (by whatever means) hours of work to an employee under an Assignment from time to time, and that offer is accepted by the employee, the Company will provide the employee with a letter of Assignment.
(b) Letters of Assignment shall be read in conjunction with this Agreement and shall not form part of it.
Letter of Assignment. The University shall provide Graduate Assistants with applicable documentation detailing the specific duties of the appointment for that semester, including but not limited to:
(1) For all Graduate Assistants,
(a) The duties that the Graduate Assistant will be required to perform, including any mandatory employment meetings, to the extent known at the time of the issuance of the Letter of Assignment;
(b) The maximum number of students that has been set by the School or Department for the class, section, or lab; and
(c) Supervisor's name and contact information.
(2) For those providing instructional services, the letter shall also include:
(a) The assigned course title and catalog description;
(b) The course meeting times and location(s);
(c) If known, information about any mandatory employment meetings; and
(d) If known, any specific requirements of the course, including but not limited to, any required or standard syllabus, textbook, or other instructional materials.
(3) For those providing research services, the letter shall also include:
(a) The location(s) of assigned work area(s);
(b) If known, any days or times when the Graduate Assistant's presence will be required in the assigned work area; and
(c) If known, information about any mandatory employment meetings.

(vi) The hours to be worked by the employee;
(vii) The duties required to be performed;
(viii) The position description (if applicable);
(ix) Reporting obligations to the Company (including in relation to the employee's availability to work;
(x) Reporting obligations of the employee to ALM (if applicable);
(xi) The applicable hourly rate of pay for each hour worked by the employee for that Assignment;
(xii) The method of payment and frequency of payment.
(d) In addition to details specified in any letter of Assignment, the Company may set out additional obligations (which do not form part of this Agreement) under or in addition to the letter of Assignment. Such obligations may include but are not limited to detailed confidentiality provisions and requirements of employees with respect to timesheets.
Letter of Assignment. The Employer shall supply the Business Agent with a written letter of assignment on request. All assignments made by the Employer shall be made to the proper craft in accordance with International Board rulings, to the best of the Employer’s knowledge.
