Tenant(s) shall not permit any objectionable odors, permit or create any objectionable noise or nuisance or disturb the peace, or interfere with any other tenant in the quiet enjoyment of their lots. Tenant(s) shall comply with all health, criminal, fire, zoning, land use, and other governmental laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations. Tenant(s) shall comply with all provisions of the Rules, as may be amended. Tenant(s) consents to giving access to HCNT to the Lot at any time for inspection purposes, and access to their Camper/RV upon reasonable advance notice. Tenant(s) shall not build or place structure (cover, decks, concrete pad, storage, etc.) in a manner that will impede the quick and easy removal/evacuation of camper from lot in emergency/natural disaster (fire, rising flood water, etc.).

Limits of Use. The Relying Party is informed that the risk that a private key corresponding to a public key contained in a Certificate can be jeopardized or stolen may exist, that such risk may or may not be detected by the UTN, and is also informed of the risk of the use of a key which has been stolen or jeopardized in order to falsify a Signature, a Seal, a Certificate or a Timestamp. The UTN cannot be held liable for the fraudulent use of a private key associated to a Certificate. The UTN cannot be held liable for the use of a Certificate which does not conform to the corresponding Certification Policy. The UTN Certificates are not conceived or paired with an authorization enabling them to be used outside the contexts listed in the Certification Policy, i.e. Electronic Signature, Electronic Seal or Timestamping Service. The UTN Certificates shall not be used as a proof of identity or as an electronic mean of identification according to the Regulation n°910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014. The UTN and the Certification Authorities are not responsible for the evolution of the appropriateness of the use of a Certificate or of a Timestamp. Outside of the revocation of an associated Certificate, the timestamps may be verified during a period of five years from their issuance. The UTN cannot be held responsible for the inadequate use of Timestamps in light of the Timestamping Policy or of the associated terms of use. In the event that the private key associated to the Timestamping Unit’s Certificate is jeopardized or stolen, all the Timestamps issued by the Timestamping Unit shall be considered as unreliable.
Limits of Use. The right of access and use granted to the User is non-exclusive, personal and non- transferable, and limited to the sole duration of the contract. The User declares and acknowledges having received from ATNOS all necessary information and advice relating to the PIA-RGPD Platform and the Services, in particular with regard to their terms, conditions and limits of operation. The User undertakes to use the PIA-RGPD Platform and Services only for their intended purpose and not to misuse them. The User is solely responsible for the Data it transfers and processes through the PIA-RGPD Platform and Services, in accordance with applicable regulations, as well as for the results produced from such Data, and their use.
Limits of Use. The Customer shall ensure that, whilst in its control, each Generator is used in accordance with the Supplier’s and manufacturer’s instructions. The Customer shall not purport to sell a Generator or part with possession or control thereof save to an authorised user in the employment of the Customer and shall not allow to exist any lien nor assign mortgage, pledge or otherwise deal with a Generator in a manner inconsistent with the Supplier's interest in a Generator. If any Generator is not subject to a Total Loss the Customer shall have repairs carried out promptly at the Customer's own expense by either a retailer holding the franchise for the Generator or an accredited insurance repair specialist approved by the Supplier. The Customer shall be responsible for ensuring that such repairs are properly carried out. Where a Generator is declared a Total Loss, the Customer will notify the Supplier immediately and will continue to be liable for the Rentals for the Generator until the Settlement Sum is received in full by the Supplier. The Supplier, upon receipt of the Settlement Sum, shall reimburse the Customer all of the Rentals paid by the Customer between the Total Loss notification date and the date of receipt of the Settlement Sum. Following notification of a Total Loss, the Customer shall pay as soon as reasonably practicable to the Supplier the Settlement Sum in respect of that Generator on the date specified in the advice of the same sent to the Customer.
Limits of Use. The Software may be used only by you. You may install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer. You may also store or install a copy of the Software on a storage device for backup purposes. Any given license to use the Software may not be shared or used concurrently or otherwise on different computers or by different developers in a given organization, unless it is a team edition license. Team Edition. If the Software is labeled or otherwise identified as "Team Edition", you may install the licensed number of copies of the Software for use by team members. All team members have the right to use the software either for the same project, or for educational purposes. The Software must not be used for separate projects or outside the organization of the team. Team members do not own the Software. The Team Edition does not include the right to redistribute parts of the Software. Redistribution. Certain files of the Software may be redistributed by you to the extent required for the permitted operation of the applications software installation code created by you while using the Software. The specific redistributable file(s) are limited to the files created with the Software through the PUBLISH or RESOURCE functions, and the redistributable artwork files and scripts. You may only publish or distribute files on which you have the usage rights. They may be redistributed only within an executable application created by the software.
Limits of Use. While a piece of Equipment is in its control, the Buyer must: keep and operate the Equipment in a suitable environment, use it only for the purposes for which it is intended, and operate it in a proper manner by trained competent staff in accordance with any operating instructions provided by the Supplier; take such steps (including compliance with all safety and usage instructions provided by the Supplier) as may be necessary to make sure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that the Equipment is at all times safe and without risk to health when it is being set, used, cleaned or maintained by a person at work; not overload the Equipment or use it for sub-hire or reward activities, any use for which it was not intended or any form of sporting competition; make sure that only persons qualified to do so operate the Equipment and that each operator holds any necessary permits, including a valid operator’s licence or a valid driving licence where appropriate; not without the prior written consent of the Supplier, attach the Equipment to any land or building so as to cause the Equipment to become a permanent or immovable fixture on the land or building. If the Equipment does become affixed to any land or building then the Equipment must be capable of being removed without material injury to the land or building and the Buyer must repair and make good any damage caused by the affixation or removal of the Equipment from any land or building; not do or allow to be done anything which will or might jeopardise the right, title and/or interest of the Owner or the Supplier in the Equipment and, where the Equipment has become affixed to any land or building, the Buyer must take all necessary steps to ensure that the Supplier can enter the land or building and recover the Equipment both during the Lease Period and for a reasonable period after the Lease Period, including by procuring from any person having an interest in the land or building, a waiver in writing and in favour of the Supplier of any rights the person may have or acquire in the Equipment and a right for the Supplier to enter onto the land or building to remove the Equipment; not allow the Equipment to be confiscated, seized or taken out of its possession or control under any distress, execution or other legal process, but if the Equipment is confiscated, seized or taken, the Buyer must notify the Supplier and the Buyer must at its sole expense use its best endeavours to procure an immediate release of th...
Limits of Use. Lessee shall not use said premises for any purpose other than as an apartment dwelling to be occupied by those listed in the first paragraph of this agreement or use or permit upon said premises that will invalidate the insurance of the building or increase the rate thereof or in any manner deface or injure the building or any part thereof or overload the floors or permit any objectionable noise or odor to escape or to permit or create a nuisance or to disturb any other resident in the building or in any way injure the reputation of the community.
