Maintenance Guidelines. A maintenance schedule should be formulated that adheres to the Standards & Guidelines for the Conservation of Historic Places in Canada. As defined by the Standards & Guidelines, maintenance is defined as: The assumption that newly renovated buildings become immune to deterioration and require less maintenance is a falsehood. Rather, newly renovated buildings require heightened vigilance to spot errors in construction where previous problems had not occurred, and where deterioration may gain a foothold. Routine maintenance keeps water out of the building, which is the single most damaging element to a heritage building. Maintenance also prevents damage by sun, wind, snow, frost and all weather; prevents damage by insects and vermin; and aids in protecting all parts of the building against deterioration. The effort and expense expended on an aggressive maintenance will not only lead to a higher degree of preservation, but also over time potentially save large amount of money otherwise required for later repairs.

Maintenance Guidelines. The City's use of the Premises shall be subject to the maintenance guidelines which the District may amend from time to time in its reasonable discretion (the "Maintenance Guidelines''). A copy of the Maintenance Guidelines is attached hereto as Exhibit D.

Maintenance Guidelines. Do NOT use hard tools (screw drivers, hammers, punches, knives on ANY molding surface, parting, or shutoff surface. (We recommend having "soft" tooling like rubber mallets, punches and pliers made from plastic, copper, or brass on hand to avoid damaging the mold). • Avoid excessive clamp pressures, high injection pressures, and over-packing/flashing the mold. • Be sure there are no obstructions in the molding area before closing the tool, parts, tools, cleaning supplies etc.

Maintenance Guidelines. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain process and all ancillary equipment to produce high quality EMD and MnO. Conduct preventative maintenance activities in line with the scheduled maintenance systems, provide input and feedback on systems, and revise systems as required. Perform housekeeping and cleaning functions to maintain the workshop and surrounds to a high standard, and to leave all work areas in a safe and tidy condition. Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in line with statutory requirements. Prepare purchase requisitions/store requisitions for spare parts and/or store consumables as required. Prepare stock modification requests for parts that should be kept on site, and for any parts that are in stock but not correctly cross-referenced in the stores computer catalogue. Assist maintenance engineer and/or maintenance co-ordinator as required in the performance of maintenance, capital and project work. Prepare breakdown records as required. Record all necessary relevant information on work orders for entry into maintenance management systems. Any functions that are currently contracted out to become part of routine duties as opportunities and training allow. Assist operations personnel with on the job instruction in minor maintenance and shared tasks. It is agreed that time be made available for fitters, boilermakers and electricians to be involved in the maintenance improvement program.

Maintenance Guidelines. Each Owner shall maintain the improvements within his or her Unit in accordance with the Maintenance Guidelines established by the Declarant. A copy of the Maintenance Guidelines shall be delivered by Declarant to each Owner when the Unit is sold to the Owner. Each Owner shall retain the Maintenance Guidelines and take all appropriate actions to comply with and implement the Maintenance Guidelines. When an Owner transfers a Unit, the Owner shall deliver a complete copy of the Maintenance Guidelines to the transferee of the Unit on or before the date the Unit is transferred.
