Master Thesis. The programme will end with the dissertation of a Master Thesis. The presentation and the dissertation should be done compulsorily in two languages of the European Union.
Master Thesis. All Students are required to complete a Master Thesis. The Parties will instruct supervisors to organize the process in such a way that the total net workload for successful completing the Master Thesis will not exceed 30 ECTS corresponding to six (6) months. Master Thesis. The Master Thesis is a cornerstone of the Programme. It is designed to allow Students to bridge “academic” experience, the knowledge and skills developed during the first 3 semesters with a first-hand work experience. The Master Thesis must be undertake preferably with an Associated Industrial Partners or Supporting Partner. Each Full Partner must, given their relations with the Associated Industrial Partners and/or Supporting Partner, discuss Master Thesis opportunities and submit a list of Master Thesis proposals that will be published on the Programme intranet for Students’ perusal. However, a Student submit a Master Thesis may decide to undertake a Master Thesis with another institution upon approval of her/is Academic Tutor, preferably if this Master Thesis can translate into a new Associated Industrial Partner or Supporting Pattern membership. Master Thesis must materialize into a work placement of a minimum of six (6) months. This work placement must be preferably undertaken within a private company or within a public institution such as a research laboratory but with the aim to conduct applied and commercializable research. The focus must be made to applications (products, process, and technologies) of the color science rather than fundamental research. The Master Thesis proposals are validated every intake by the Academic and Management Board. The Master Thesis proposal selection, validation, format and evaluation are detailed in the Student Agreement.
Master Thesis. The Master thesis project will be subjected to approval from the Governing Board and relevant committees at the respective Full Partner Universities regarding its feasibility, ethical aspects and concordance with the objectives and learning outcomes of the Global-MINDS Master Programme. Master Thesis. The subject of the Master’s thesis must be approved in advance in writing from a Faculty member of the home as well as of the host institution. Only one Master’s thesis will be required and will upon successful completion be granted credit from both institutions.
