Program of Study Sample Clauses

The "Program of Study" clause defines the specific academic curriculum or set of courses that a student is required to complete as part of an educational agreement. It typically outlines the subjects, credit requirements, and any mandatory components such as internships or capstone projects that must be fulfilled to achieve a degree or certification. By clearly specifying these academic requirements, the clause ensures both parties understand the educational path and helps prevent disputes over what is necessary for program completion.
