Minimum Call-Out Time Clause Samples

Minimum Call-Out Time. (a) Employees who are called out to work outside their regular working hours without receiving more than 24 hours notice shall be paid for a minimum of four hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work. (b) If employees have notice of more than 24 hours, they shall be paid for a minimum of two hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work. (1) Employees who are called out to work outside their regular working hours without receiving more than 24 hours notice, but who are able to complete the required task without leaving home, shall be paid for actual hours worked, in one-hour increments, at overtime rates. (2) Between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., employees receiving a call-out under Clause 32.5(c)(1) shall be paid for a minimum of four hours at overtime rates. (3) Employees shall have the right to refuse call-out except in emergency situations.

Minimum Call-Out Time a) Employees called out by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board, or his authorized representative, for work outside of their regular scheduled hours shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours pay at double time. This guarantee shall not apply to time worked immediately preceding or immediately following the employee's regularly scheduled hours. b) Temporary employees shall be accorded the same conditions as noted in Clause (a) above when working on relief of regular employees.

Minimum Call-Out Time. (a) An employee who is called out and who commences work shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1½x) times for all time worked with a minimum of four (4) hours of time to be paid. The rate for Sundays and Statutory Holidays shall be double (2x) the regular rate for the employee. Time worked on call-out shall not count for the computation of hours worked for overtime purposes. (b) In the event that an employee is called out and reports for work but is sent home before commencing work the employee shall be paid for two (2) hours at the employee's regular rate.

Minimum Call-Out Time. The Village agrees that minimum call out time for all hourly employees shall be two (2) hours. The minimum call out provision does not apply to continuations of the workday Employees who are subpoenaed to court or an administrative hearing will be guaranteed a minimum call out time of three (3) hours.

Minimum Call-Out Time. Any employee called out for an emergency situation occurring during a normal non-duty time shall be entitled to a minimum of two (2) hour pay at one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's regular rate and at two (2) times the employee's regular rate on a Sunday or holiday. The employee's regular rate of pay shall be determined by dividing the employee's daily rate by the number of hours per day for the job classification.

Minimum Call-Out Time. In the event of an employee being called out on emergency work during hours other than his regular working hours, he shall be entitled to a minimum of two (2) hours at double time.
