Minor Maintenance. For very minor items, but those that still need repair such as leaky faucets, fence repairs, garage door openers, ice makers, etc., expect a response from Management by the next business day for an estimate of time for completion which could extend up to thirty (30) days depending upon the nature of the problem and contractor schedules.
Minor Maintenance. It is agreed that Operating Department personnel will perform minor maintenance functions. Minor maintenance functions shall be similar in scope but not limited to the following examples:

Minor Maintenance. Maintenance and minor repairs to the rental property fall under the Tenant’s responsibility up to an amount of 1 % of the annual net rent, but not exceeding CHF 2,413.60 per repair and individual case.

2. Repairs are either done at Cascade’s facility or at the District. If District supervision is provided, repairs may take place at a District school.
3. Cascade shall perform biannual maintenance on all bicycles, including but not limited to such things as repairing flat tires, tightening wheel spokes, replacing worn grips, replacing worn seats. If the repair value exceeds 25% of the value of the bicycle, the bicycle will be removed from commission and used for parts.
4. Maintenance during semesters will be done by the District or by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bicycle Advocacy Group volunteers.

2.3.1. Production employees will perform minor maintenance within the limits of their skills and training as determined on site.
2.3.2. All employees will receive training to allow them to undertake minor maintenance as directed. Employees shall undertake the training to allow them to perform the required tasks.
