Mode of Operation Sample Clauses
The "Mode of Operation" clause defines the specific procedures, methods, or standards by which parties are required to perform their obligations under an agreement. It typically outlines how services will be delivered, equipment will be used, or processes will be followed, such as specifying operating hours, safety protocols, or technical requirements. By clearly establishing these operational parameters, the clause ensures consistency, minimizes misunderstandings, and helps prevent disputes regarding how contractual duties are to be carried out.
