The Network Administration clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for managing and maintaining a computer or communications network within an organization or between contracting parties. It typically outlines who is authorized to configure network settings, monitor network performance, and address technical issues, as well as the standards and protocols to be followed. Network Administration. Customer is responsible to monitor and maintain, repair, replace and upgrade its local, and wide area network components (if any)—including network servers, network clients, network hubs, routers, modems, and other software components necessary for efficient and reliable network operations associated with Covered Firmware or on premise Covered Software—to ensure continued conformance with the applicable published Itron specifications. In addition, Customer is responsible to administer related host names, Internet Protocol addresses, network interfaces, access, security, communications, and equipment and software version control.
Network Administration. 5.2.1 Excalibur will only assume full responsibility for the operational status of the Client’s IT network if the network administrator username and password is only known by Excalibur’s engineers. This information is kept safely and securely by Excalibur and will not be disclosed to any employee of the Client. By the Client accepting this, any network related issues will fall within the terms of this Agreement and as such will not incur additional costs.
Network Administration. Coordination and review of retailer approval and retailer programs, scheduling and programming of advertising and advertiser playlists and content; coordination with advertisers and/or advertising agencies. All aspects of vendor identification, review, diligence, and management of Network Operations Center (“NOC”) utilized for the secure delivery of data, information, and content to/from all of ProDava’s 3D Systems installed in Rite Aid’s stores, and all necessary application “Software as a Service” (“SaaS”) required on same 3D Systems. NOC and SaaS will be performed by a third party service provider to be determined by Provision in its commercially reasonable discretion, or any other commercially reasonable third party service provider approved by ProDava.
Network Administration. This Service entails ongoing management, training and assistance in troubleshooting the network components used by the Covered Systems. This Service covers equipment, such as routers, switches, load-balancers, and firewall devices for both physical and virtual private networks used to connect FTD’s networks to United Online’s networks for the provision of other Services herein, as well as Internet backbone connectivity and intra-office connectivity. Ongoing management services include management of network hardware and software maintenance.
Network Administration. 1. Provide consulting engineering services related to law enforcement TCP/IP networking. ▪ Participate as an advisor to the San Mateo County Police Chiefs’ and Sheriff Association standing committee on communications and technology. ▪ Serve as the IP address registrar for LawNet address space. Maintain IP address records. Maintain forward and reverse DNS information in primary and secondary DMS servers. Provide secondary DNS service for California DOJ zones.
2. Furnish and maintain: ▪ “syslog” server software that accepts logging information from all of the LawNet routers that are covered under this Agreement. Review the log files when necessary. ▪ software that collects usage and error statistics for all LawNet routers and circuits that are covered by this Agreement. Make this information available to all LawNet users on a web page. Proactively review this information to identify unusual trends or patterns. ▪ software that host the www.lawnet web site. ▪ software that automatically archives Cisco router configuration files. The software shall archive “before” and “after: versions of all changes made to route configurations.
3. Furnish and maintain TFTP server software in order to manage Cisco router configuration files.
4. Administer the LawNet Internet Gateway and Firewall.
5. Participate and assist County technical staff to administer the shared wireless gateway including support of NetMotion software.
6. Respond to requests made by agencies participating in LawNet for router access-list changes.

6.2.2 Should the Customer wish to have the network administrator password, then Excalibur will still within reason accept responsibility for the administration of the network. In the event of any issues arising as a direct result of changes to the network by non- Excalibur employees or its sub-contractors then any remedial services performed by Excalibur will fall outside of this Agreement and will be subject to additional charges as detailed in Appendix B.
Network Administration. The ODJFS network is a series of connections consisting of more than 25,000 nodes. Each node is a piece of equipment on the network, e.g. workstations, servers, routers, switches or printers. Network Administration refers to the management of these nodes. Network Administration activities include ensuring that users have access to the information and have the ability to print and share information with co-workers on the ODJFS network. . Network administration responsibilities are divided between ODJFS OIS and the County Agencies and are dependent upon SLA level.

Network Administration. Customer acknowledges that it has considered Service Provider’s methods of providing the Pylot Platform Services and that it understands how Service Provider’s network is configured and how the Pylot Platform Services will be provided. Customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring that any material or content any User places on Service Provider’s servers or transmits using Service Provider’s network will not adversely impact Service Provider’s ability to provide similar services to other customers. Service Provider reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the Pylot Platform Services in the event that Customer’s use of the Pylot Platform Services causes instability or damage to Service Provider’s network, servers or equipment, as determined by Service Provider in its sole and exclusive discretion.
Network Administration. BlueCross’s provider contracts and medical policies control network administration.
4.1. BlueCross shall make available the Blue Network selected by Employer, including network hospitals and other providers or practitioners with which BlueCross has contracted, (“Blue Network”) to provide Covered Services to Members. All agreements between providers of services and BlueCross are the sole property of BlueCross, and BlueCross retains the right to the use and control of these provider agreements.
4.2. Employer acknowledges that BlueCross does not act either as the agent of or in any fiduciary capacity with respect to Employer, any of its Plans, or any of its Members, when BlueCross negotiates its provider and/or vendor arrangements.
4.3. Employer acknowledges that the Blue Network Provider contracts cannot be modified to meet any specific requirements of Employer, and that BlueCross has the discretion to change the composition, name, etc. without Employer’s consent or approval. BlueCross does not guarantee that a specific provider will remain in the network, and BlueCross has the right to determine network adequacy, and to establish and modify billing guidelines and reimbursement arrangements for Network Providers.
4.4. BlueCross negotiates various payment arrangements with providers, including per diem, percent of charges, diagnosis related groups (DRGs,) global case rate and fee schedule arrangements, which vary by provider. Certain facilities may have multiple or a combination of these arrangements. All of these arrangements provide payment to the provider, and claims processed using one of these arrangements are considered Approved Claims.
4.4.1. Savings/discounts are not stated herein in actual amounts or percentages, nor are they guaranteed, since credits can vary by facility, type of service provided and the specific provider agreement at a given facility.
4.4.2. The provider’s charge to BlueCross will usually be less than the rate charged for a similar service to the general public.
