Notice List. Defendant shall provide the Settlement Administrator and Class Counsel the full names and last known U.S. mail addresses of all persons on the Settlement Class List, to the extent such information is available in readily accessible form, as soon as practicable, but by no later than 28 days after the full execution of this Settlement Agreement.
