The Notification of Work clause requires one party, typically the contractor, to formally inform the other party before commencing specific work activities. NOTIFICATION OF WORK. While working in a University building, the Contractor shall have no more than two (2) minutes to notify the Operations Center at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, if Contractor or its sub-contractor set off the alarm and/or hear an active alarm. Failure to notify the Operations Center could result in a fine from City of Richmond Fire Department and OEHS issuing a stop work. All Contractors working in a University building are required to check in and check out daily with the FMD Operations Center at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ and provide the following information:
1) Responsible person name (the responsible person must remain on-site)
2) Responsible person cell number
3) Company Name
4) Number of people working
5) Location (Building, Floor, Room)
6) Nature of the Work
NOTIFICATION OF WORK. Except for next day emergency work Contractor shall notify County’s Project Manager at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of commencement of work. All work shall be diligently prosecuted to completion to satisfaction of County’s Project Manager. Contractor must be capable of providing one or more craftsmen as needed to complete project in a diligent and timely manner.
NOTIFICATION OF WORK the Contractor; except in the case of an emergency shall provide a minimum of two working days notification to the Municipality of its’ intentions to commence pipeline construction or carry out activities at the Municipal Road crossing; • the Municipality shall notify and enter into a Pipeline Crossing Agreement with the Contractor prior to constructing or reconstructing a road or carrying out any ground disturbance within a Municipal Road right-of-way or allowance which will affect the controlled area of a pipeline crossing as defined in the Pipeline Act (Alberta);
NOTIFICATION OF WORK. Contractor shall provide the Minister with regular and complete information concerning all Petroleum Operations and shall present to the Minister prior to execution of specific work information relative thereto.
NOTIFICATION OF WORK. The NCDOT will notify the Contractor of each location on the state highway system where a dead animal or trash is to be picked up. Notification will be done by fax, phone, or email. The Contractor will have until the end of the calendar day following the day of notification to remove the dead animal or Trash. The Contractor will be charged Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each item not removed by the end of the calendar day following the day of notification. If the Engineer notifies the Contractor for an emergency response pick up, the Contractor will have 2 hours following the notification to remove the dead animal or trash. If the 2 hour response time is not met, the Contractor will be charged One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per hour for each hour over the 2 hours following notification. The Engineer will notify the Contractor only during working hours of Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.
NOTIFICATION OF WORK. The CONTRACTOR shall notify the Project Manager, and give a minimum of five (5) working days’ notice before starting any work. The CONTRACTOR shall notify the Project Manager a minimum of five (5) working days prior to start of any critical activities including, but not limited to, activities impacting noise, access, and air quality.
NOTIFICATION OF WORK. 4.1 It is agreed that every effort should be made to provide GH staff with as much certainty and advance notice of their working hours as possible and that every effort should be made to ensure they receive written confirmation of their total hours in advance of starting work. Schools will be asked to ensure that staff have their contract letter (and with it access to their conditions of service) in the same timeframes as all other staff, GH staff should be treated no differently.
4.2 The employer agrees that Schools must ensure that GH staff know the teaching schedule for their core (i.e. guaranteed minimum) before the start of each teaching block and must provide additional schedules as soon as reasonably possible once student electives are known.

The Developer further agrees to notify the City Construction Engineer a minimum of two (2) working days prior to beginning work or resuming work in the right-of-way or any lands that will be dedicated to the public upon acceptance of the improvements, this includes Outlots and/or easements.

The Grantee shall give notice of intent to commence work within the Right-of-Way in the manner and to the persons as is required for notice under KCC 20.20.060(G)(1), and as set forth in the permit issued for such work and the applicable provisions of Title 14 of the King County Code.
