Number of Meals Sample Clauses
Number of Meals. Not more than three meals per day will be reimbursed to an employee. When eligible employees' work time on an official mobilization is:
a. Four hours or less, he or she shall be reimbursed for one meal;
a. More than four but less than eight hours, he or she shall be reimbursed for two meals;
b. Eight hours or more, he or she shall be reimbursed for three meals.
Number of Meals. The first sentence of Paragraph 7.5 of the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “ARAMARK’s allowance for its General and Administrative Expense and Management Fee is based on an anticipated service per school year of 8,593,039 meals 7,031,113) total billable Pattern Meals/ Meal Equivalents). This includes National School 4,964,021 Lunch Meals (4,964,021 billable), 3,123,853 School Breakfast Program meals (1,561,927 billable), 45,000 Afterschool Snack meals (15,000 billable) and 460,165 Meal Equivalents (460,165 billable).”
Number of Meals a. CONTRACTOR will provide the number of hot meals as specified in Exhibit C: Budget Summary. If demand by eligible individuals in the first six (6) months of this Contract does not require CONTRACTOR to provide the average number of meals per day as specified in Exhibit C: Budget Summary, COUNTY may terminate this Contract. Prior to termination, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR may attempt to renegotiate this Contract in order to allow CONTRACTOR to reduce the average number of meals to be provided per day. If CONTRACTOR provides additional meals and such additional meals will cause CONTRACTOR to exceed the Maximum Financial Obligation of this Contract, such additional costs will be the sole expense of CONTRACTOR, unless the parties agree and execute a Contract Amendment.
b. The average number of meals which CONTRACTOR has agreed herein to provide per day will be provided five (5) days per week during the term of this Contract unless otherwise specified in Exhibit C: Budget Summary and except for holidays to be set forth on a holiday plan submitted by CONTRACTOR.
Number of Meals. (a) For the convenience of the Employer, Bartenders working ten (10) hour shifts and all employees, working full shifts shall be entitled to two (2) meals per day, one of which shall be eaten within one (1) hour before commencement of the shift and the second no sooner than three (3) hours and no later than five (5) hours after commencement of the shift. Bartenders shall be entitled to one (1) meal to be eaten no sooner than three (3) hours and no later than (5) hours after commencement of the shift.
(b) All employees working six (6) or four (4) hour shifts shall be entitled to one (1) meal per day. Employees working six (6) hour shifts shall eat no sooner than three (3) and no later than Tropicana Resort & Casino 26

Number of Meals. Aramark’s allowance for its General and Administrative Expense and Management Fee is based on an anticipated service per school year of 8,531,521 meals (6,970,620 total billable Pattern Meals/Meal Equivalents). This includes 4,690,175 National School Lunch meals (4,690,175 billable), 3,021,482 School Breakfast Program meals (1,510,741 billable), 75, 240 Afterschool Snack meals (25,080 billable) and 744,624 Meal Equivalents (744, 624 billable). In the event that existing conditions at District change (including by way of example, student population, number of service days, type and number of schools, personnel practices, hours, length or type of meal service or any other conditions beyond the control of Aramark), so that such minimum number of meals is not achieved, District and Aramark will renegotiate the Financial Terms set forth herein. Furthermore, the projected number of meals to be served by Aramark in the Current Year is based on the meal counts provided by District to Aramark as part of the request for proposal process. District represents and warrants that such meal count data and other information provided to Aramark as part of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process is true and correct.
Number of Meals. The family day care program must provide sufficient and nutritious snacks to children. The program must ensure that each child in care for more than four hours a day receives a nutritious meal (breakfast, lunch, or dinner). Each child in care for more than ten hours a day must receive a minimum of two nutritious meals.
Number of Meals a. CONTRACTOR will provide the average of 96 hot meals per day, 249 days per year. If demand by eligible individuals in the first six months of this contract does not require CONTRACTOR to provide the average number of meals per day as described above, COUNTY may terminate this contract. Prior to termination, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR may attempt to renegotiate this contract in order to allow CONTRACTOR to reduce the average number of meals to be provided per day. If CONTRACTOR provides additional meals and such additional meals will cause CONTRACTOR to exceed the Maximum Financial Obligation of this contract, such additional costs will be the sole expense of CONTRACTOR, unless the parties agree to and execute a modification of this contract, as allowed hereunder.
b. The average number of meals which CONTRACTOR has agreed herein to provide per day will be provided 5 days per week during the term of the contract unless otherwise specified in Section 4a of this Attachment and except for holidays to be set forth on a holiday plan submitted by CONTRACTOR.

ARAMARK’s allowance for its General and Administrative Expense and Management Fee is based on an anticipated service per school year of 8,391,896 Pattern Meals/Meal Equivalents (4,742,654 National School Lunch meals, 2,423,484 Breakfast Program meals and 1,225,758 Meal Equivalents). In the event that existing conditions at District change (including by way of example, student population, number of service days, type and number of schools, personnel practices, hours, length or type of meal service or any other conditions beyond the control of ARAMARK), so that such minimum number of meals is not achieved, District and ARAMARK will renegotiate the Financial Terms set forth herein. Furthermore, the projected number of meals to be served by ARAMARK in the Current Year is based on the meal counts provided by District to ARAMARK as part of the request for proposal process. District represents and warrants that such meal count data and other information provided to ARAMARK as part of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process is true and correct.
Number of Meals. All employees scheduled to work shall be provided one (1) meal per shift, so long as such meal is provided in a dining room maintained by the Employer for the use of, and normally used by, all employees of the Employer, offering a full-course menu with a daily variety of hot and cold choices for all meals in a clean, pleasant, dining room-like setting. Should such conditions not be met, employees working a full shift shall be provided with two (2) meals per shift.
