Objectives and Purpose. The objectives and purpose of the Agency is to provide, facilitate, encourage and otherwise develop the provision of, or the support for, insurance, including coinsurance and reinsurance, guarantees, and other financial instruments and services, for purposes of trade, investment and other productive activities in African States in supplement to those that may be offered by the public or private sector, or in cooperation with the public or private sector. The Agency shall be guided in all its decisions by the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Objectives and Purpose. UNICEF publications and visibility items are important tools of advocacy in achieving agency mandate. In order to achieve cost efficiency from economies of scale, timeliness, and quality of services, UNICEF wishes to enter into Long Term Agreement (LTA) with vendors who have the capacity to ensure timely, quality graphic design services. The purpose of this arrangement is to facilitate the implementation of UNICEF programme activities by ensuring the timely engagement of a vendors for graphic design of materials and documents: a. To facilitate design and creation of visual art products of various kinds, including multi-page layouts incorporating text, photographs and illustrations/infographics by: -To facilitate design and layout of information products, develop characters, digital art works, infographics for publications using a creative approach and in compliance with the target audience’s readability and usability. -To adapt compelling UNICEF global and other entities’ content into the local context. b. To shorten the turnaround time to complete design assignments. The use of the LTA for this service not only allows for shorter processing and procurement time but also facilitates expeditious delivery of finished product to the end user. The institutions to be engaged in LTA through a competitive process shall provide the graphic design services for one year on a fixed price basis. The LTA for various categories of design services, when agreed on by UNICEF shall be fixed for 12 months from the date of the LTA signature. UNICEF reserves the right to establish Long Term Arrangements with multiple vendors for the initial term of one (1) year with an option to extend for additional one (1) year period subject to satisfactory performance and price validity by the service provider. However, the UNICEF reserves the right to discontinue the use of the LTA with a selected company if the service level or performance delivery level is not satisfactory to the UNICEF or the pricing becomes uncompetitive in the marketplace.

  • Parties and Purpose The undersigned Parties are mutually desirous of doing business with KINGDOM FIRST PROPERTIES, LLC and it’s Managing Member, ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ respective to the arranging, selling and buying of both bulk and single Residential REO’s and Commercial Real Estate including 5 Star Hotels, Resorts and Land, various other cash flow items including but not limited to None Performing Notes, as well as Loans, and equipment in cooperation with one another and with third parties for the mutual benefit of all. It is their intention that the information exchanged among the signatories in the course of doing business, as well as the documents which will be generated subsequent to the execution of this Agreement, including but not limited to letters of intent, full corporate offers, bank comfort letters, contract terms and conditions, banking details or pre-advised payment instruments, and/or any information contained in such documents, will not be passed, under any circumstance, to another intermediary or broker or trader or any other company or private person who is not an end buyer(s) or end supplier, without prior specific written consent of the Party or parties generating or with proprietary rights to such information and/or documentation. This Agreement shall obligate the undersigned parties and their partners, associates, employers, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, nominees, representatives, successors, clients and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘The Parties’) jointly, severally, mutually and reciprocally for the term of and to the performance of the terms and conditions expressly stated and agreed to below. This Agreement shall supersede all previous NCND Agreements. Furthermore, whenever this Agreement shall be referenced in any subsequent document(s) or written agreements, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply as noted and shall further extend to any exchange of information, written, oral or in any other form, involving financial data, personal or corporate names, contracts initiated by or involving the parties and any addition, renewal, extension, rollover amendment, renegotiations or new agreement that are in any way a component of what shall hereinafter be referred to as ‘The Project’ or ‘The Transaction’ for the purchase of the subject commodities, products, and/or equipment.
