Other Prohibited Uses. In addition to uses otherwise prohibited by state and federal law or this Sub-Grant, CMP funds may not be used: (1) to pay for capital improvements to a nursing home, or to build a nursing home; (2) to pay for nursing home services or supplies that are already the responsibility of the nursing home, such as laundry, linen, food, heat, staffing costs, etc.; (3) to pay the salaries of temporary managers who are actively managing a nursing home; (4) to recruit or provide LTC Ombudsman certification training for staff or volunteers, or investigate and work to resolve complaints; (5) for general operations or administrative salaries; (6) for facility maintenance activities intended to meet the minimum standards for nursing facilities as set forth in 42 C.F.R. Part 483; (7) for vendor payments and payroll obligations for a facility’s normal operations or for fulfillment of state or federal requirements; (8) for costs related to travel, bonuses, or other direct employee benefits; (9) for costs that are not specifically outlined in the applicant’s grant proposal or are already included in the facility’s cost report; or, (10) for projects, programs, goods, or services unrelated to improving the quality of life or quality of care of nursing facility residents.

Other Prohibited Uses. The Premises may never be used for the display of any materials, or, subject to applicable Laws, the appearance of any employee, which is, as determined by Landlord, in its sole and absolute discretion, pornographic, lewd, vulgar, obscene or immoral.

Other Prohibited Uses. Here is a list of other prohibited uses of the Services by you: (a) Providing any user content that violates any laws, infringes the rights (including the intellectual property rights) of others, is defamatory or otherwise creates liability for us. (b) Copying our Services. (c) Posting links to any third-party websites through our Services. (d) Scraping, scanning or otherwise using our Services or any information or the meta-data associated therewith to collect or compile data about other users (including the Company’s customers and third-party employers). (e) Reselling any information obtained from us or while using our Services. (f) Attempting to compromise the integrity or security of the Services in any way. (g) Decompiling, reverse engineering or disassembling the Services in any way. (h) Reproducing, modifying, preparing derivative works based upon, distributing, licensing, leasing, selling, reselling, transferring, publicly displaying, publicly performing, transmitting, streaming, broadcasting or otherwise exploiting the Services in any way except as expressly permitted by the Company. (i) Accessing the Services using any automated processes (such as robots, spiders, etc.) for any reason. (j) Harassing, defaming or discriminating against anyone or any entity for any reason.

Other Prohibited Uses. Customer and its Users may not harass, stalk, harm, annoy, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other customers or users using the Bee Creek Service or over the Bee Creek Network. If such action occurs, termination will be immediate and criminal charges may be filed by law enforcement entities. Customer and its Users may not use the Service or take any action, directly or indirectly, that will result in excessive consumption or utilization of the Service or Bee Creek Network resources, or which may weaken network performance, as determined in Bee Creek’s sole discretion, such as (i) using the Service to host a web server site which attracts excessive traffic at Customer’s premises; (ii) continuously uploading or downloading streaming video or audio, USENET hosting, or continuous FTP uploading or downloading; (iii) and continued use of programs or commands which take a large amount of system resources, be that processor time, memory, network bandwidth, and/or drive space on the host system. This is for the security of our Customers and other Bee Creek Network users. OFFENSIVE OR HARMFUL INFORMATION FOR MINORS: Please be aware that the Internet may host material that is deemed unfit for viewers under the age of eighteen. Certain sites contain pictures and information that are considered harmful in nature and obscene. Customers and its Users are responsible for monitoring the viewing habits of minors. We have links to software that you may download to ensure children are safe from such sites.

Other Prohibited Uses. Company will not use Xbox 360 Logos in connection with any activity that (i) disparages Microsoft or its products or services; (ii) violates or infringes any intellectual property of Microsoft; or (iii) violates any local, state, federal, country, or international regulation or law.

Other Prohibited Uses. 6.1 Neither the Licensee nor Authorised users may: 6.1.1 remove or alter the authors' names or the Publisher's copyright notices or other means of identification or disclaimers as they appear in the Licensed Materials 6.2.2 mount or distribute any part of the Licensed Material on any electronic network, including without limitation the Internet and the World Wide Web, other than the Secure Network 6.2 The Publisher's explicit written permission must be obtained in order to: 6.2.1 use all or any part of the Licensed materials for any Commercial Use 6.2.2 Systematically distribute the whole or any part of the Licensed Materials to anyone other than Authorised Users 6.2.3 publish, distribute or make available the Licensed Materials, works based on the Licensed Materials or works which combine them with any other material, other than as permitted in this License 6.2.4 alter, abridge, adapt or modify the Licensed Materials to Authorised users. For the avoidance of doubt, no alteration of the words or their order is permitted

Other Prohibited Uses. Other than as contemplated by this Agreement or the Development and Supply Agreement, neither party shall appropriate or use the other party's Confidential Information in its own manufacture of products or for any other purpose. Other than as contemplated by this Agreement or the Development and Supply Agreement, neither party shall, by virtue of either this Agreement or the Development and Supply Agreement, obtain any title to, or any interest or license in, any of the other party's Confidential Information.

Other Prohibited Uses. You may not use the Services for any purpose that: i. is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, or otherwise violates Company's rules or policies; ii. victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, disability, or any other classification protected by law; iii. invades any person’s or entity’s privacy or other rights; iv. constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (also known as "spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling; v. misidentifies You or impersonates any person or entity, including, without limitation, any employee or representative of Company, or falsely states, implies, or otherwise misrepresents Your affiliation with a person or entity by, for example, pretending to be someone other than You or pretending to represent a company or organization that You are not affiliated with or authorized to represent; or vi. could otherwise reasonably be deemed or viewed to be unethical, illegal or offensive.

Other Prohibited Uses. Client may not use the Platform for any purpose that: i. is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, or otherwise violates HP’s rules or policies;
