The Overall Project Coordination clause establishes the responsibility for managing and overseeing the various aspects of a project to ensure all components are aligned and progressing according to plan. Typically, this clause designates a project coordinator or manager who acts as the central point of contact, facilitates communication among stakeholders, and monitors timelines and deliverables. Its core practical function is to streamline project execution, minimize miscommunication, and ensure that all parties work cohesively towards the project's objectives.
Overall Project Coordination. Create a Project Management Team (PMT) consisting of County staff with Consultant Project Manager to facilitate continuous ongoing project coordination, communications, and to review meeting plans and draft presentations. Consultant team members will participate as needed in these meetings. Public engagement will be discussed on a regular basis within this PMT meeting. This group will convene regularly approximately weekly at a standing meeting for twelve (12) months between October 2022 and September 2023. Consultant will prepare agendas and summary notes for each meeting. For estimating purposes, it is assumed two (2) Consultant team members will attend these approximately weekly meetings, anticipated to occur virtually. Meeting participation is shown in the table below and used to develop budgets for the project design team. Overall Project Coordination. The Recipient shall establish and maintain, until the completion of the Project, a Project Steering Committee (SC), in form and with membership, functions, staffing and resources satisfactory to the Bank, with the responsibility to provide policy guidance, overall coordination and supervision of the Project. The SC shall comprise: (a) nominees of permanent secretaries from MET (chair), MRLGHRD (deputy-chair), MFMR, MME, MAWF, MWTC and NPC; (b) nominees of regional governors of Kunene, Erongo, Hardap and ▇▇▇▇▇; (c) a PCO representative.
Overall Project Coordination. The Recipient shall designate and maintain the NRMPCC as the entity responsible for overall Project coordination and supervision. The NRMPCC shall have the responsibility to review, on a quarterly basis, proposed work plans and budgets, monitor implementation performance and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ inter-agency and inter-ministerial cooperation in the management of the country’s natural resources. Members of the NRMPCC shall include representatives, at the director level, from the following ministries: MLF, MOFA, MoF, MOH, MEST, MLGRD and ME, and their implementing agencies, representatives of private sector organizations, nongovernmental organizations and academic institutions and donors.

Related to Overall Project Coordination

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator coordinates and manages the Project and represents the Participants before Stichting LSH-TKI. Participants appoint [Participant] as Project Coordinator and authorize Mr/Mrs ……….. to carry out the tasks set forth under this Section 6.7 and Section 6.8. In particular, the Project Coordinator shall be responsible for: preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda of Project Committee chairing the meetings, preparing the minutes of the meetings and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings; monitoring compliance by the Participants with their obligations; keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available; collecting and reviewing information on the progress of the Project and submitting outline scientific reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification), if required, to Stichting LSH-TKI and other Participants; transmitting promptly documents and information connected with the Project; administration of the Budget and fulfilling the financial tasks, all as described in Article 7; providing, upon request, the Participants with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Project Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Participants to present claims. The Project Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Participant.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Utility Coordination Identify all potential utility conflicts and provide preliminary office check plans showing the problem locations, posted to the City’s FTP site. Plans will clearly identify specific utility company facilities by color and by name (i.e. not just “gas” or “fiber optic”). ENGINEER shall include a conflict list for each utility, also posted to the FTP site. ENGINEER shall meet with utility company representatives to review plans and utility verification forms (Attachment No. 3 to Exhibit “A”) at each milestone date and as directed by the CITY and as determined necessary by the ENGINEER. This in- formation will be compiled into a summary report (Attachment No. 4 to Exhibit “A” also available on the City’s FTP site) maintained and updated by ENGINEER as necessary to present a cohesive and reflective status of utilities, and provided to the City as necessary. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.
