Common use of Overtime Procedure Clause in Contracts

Overtime Procedure. The working of overtime is voluntary on the part of all employees, except as otherwise provided in this Article. Any work assigned to a specific job classification on a regular basis shall normally be performed by persons in that classification during call outs and overtime whenever possible except as otherwise provided in this Article.
