The Planning Data clause defines the requirements and procedures for sharing, updating, and maintaining information related to project planning between parties. Typically, this clause outlines what types of data must be provided (such as schedules, forecasts, or resource allocations), the format and frequency of updates, and the responsibilities of each party in ensuring the data's accuracy and timeliness. Its core practical function is to ensure that all stakeholders have access to reliable and current planning information, thereby facilitating coordination, minimizing misunderstandings, and supporting effective project management.
Planning Data. The District shall from time to time supply, as soon as practicable after it is available to the District, estimates of planned outages and planned Fish Spill to enable Purchaser to estimate future Output.
Planning Data. Participant shall timely report to ERCOT those items and conditions necessary for ERCOT’s internal planning and compliance with ERCOT’s guidelines in effect from time to time. The information supplied must include, without limitation, the following: (1) Availability Plan for the next day (transmitted to the ERCOT dispatcher by 6:00 a.m. of the preceding day) pertaining to the Black Start Resource’s ability to black start. The information submitted in the Availability Plan will be consistent with the information submitted in the Resource Plan; and (2) Revised Availability Plan reflecting changes in the Plan as soon as reasonably practical, but in no event later than 60 minutes after the event that caused the change.
Planning Data. (1) Participant shall timely report to ERCOT those items and conditions necessary for ERCOT’s internal planning and compliance with ERCOT’s guidelines in effect from time to time. The information supplied must include, without limitation, the following: (a) Current Operating Plan (COP) for each hour of the next Operating Day submitted by 0600 in the Day-Ahead; (b) Revised COP reflecting changes in the hourly availability of the RMR Unit as soon as reasonably practical, but in no event later than 60 minutes after the event that caused the change; and (c) Status of the RMR Unit with respect to environmental limitations, if any. If any of the specified environmental limitations will be exceeded by ERCOT’s planned or actual use of the RMR Unit Participant shall provide ERCOT with as much advance written notice as is reasonably possible. (2) ERCOT and Participant shall timely coordinate with each other on the status of the RMR Unit with respect to Operational Limitations.
Planning Data. Participant shall timely report to MISO those items and conditions necessary for ▇▇▇▇’s internal planning and compliance with MISO’s guidelines in effect from time to time. The information supplied must include, without limitation, the following: (1) Availability Plan (i.e., Day-Ahead Offer) for the next day in accordance with MISO Tariff deadlines; (2) Revised Availability Plan reflecting changes in the Availability Plan in accordance with MISO Tariff deadlines; and (3) Status of each Designated Unit with respect to Environmental Limitations, if any. Participant shall timely report to MISO the status of each Designated Unit with respect to Operational Limitations.
Planning Data. The School Board will consider the information described in subsection 3.3 to allocate the projected student enrollment into school attendance zones. The allocation of projected student enrollment will be discussed at one of the semi-annual staff working group meetings described in subsection 1. 1.

Planning Data. In consideration of us making the Service available to you, you irrevocably and unconditionally assign and transfer all of your proprietary interests in the Planning Data to us and you acknowledge that the Planning Data will become our absolute property. The information supplied must include, without limitation, the following: (1) Availability Plan for each hour of the next Operating Day submitted by 0600 of the preceding day; (2) Revised Availability Plan reflecting changes in hourly availability of Synchronous Condenser Unit status as soon as reasonably practical, but in no event later than 60 minutes after the event that caused the change; and (3) Status of Synchronous Condenser Unit with respect to environmental limitations, if any. ERCOT shall timely report to Participant the status of the Synchronous Condenser Unit with respect to Operational Limitations.
Planning Data. No later than December 15 of each year, Tri-County shall provide FirstEnergy with: (a) copies of documents provided by Tri-County to PJM on an annual basis in accordance with provisions of the PJM Tariff that require Tri-County to submit a ten (10) year forecast of load for each existing and planned new Delivery Point, and a ten
