Program Mission. The mission of the Aviation Program established by this Agreement shall be to provide police air support services for the Corona Police Department. Such services shall include, but are not limited to, response to emergency calls for surveillance relating to in-progress felonies, crimes against persons and property, vehicle pursuits and similar activities. The Aviation Program will be based upon a scheduled seven (7) day availability per week basis, for day and night operations. As used herein, “As- Needed Flight Patrol” shall mean requests made by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, either through its Corona TFO, command staff or dispatch, that Riverside determines in its sole and reasonable discretion can be accommodated. This will apply even when the Corona TFO is absent from work or off duty. When operations are cancelled due to weather, maintenance or any other matter causing cancellation, the Corona TFO will be reassigned to other duties within the Aviation Unit or reassigned back to Corona for deployment.

Program Mission. Contractor shall provide State the following ETSS Program services provided to adult felony Offenders when the services are required by the Probation and Parole Bureau. State will identify the criminogenic needs of the Offender population and ETSS Program services will facilitate the Offenders’ receipt of services from community resources and services that address the needs while the Offenders are under Community Supervision. Services will include compliance monitoring services (including UAs or BAs, schedule monitoring, GPS and alcohol monitoring, and attendance verification), daily check-in, participation in programs to develop life skills, monitoring of compliance with any conditions of probation, such as drug testing, cognitive- behavioral therapy and interventions not requiring professional licensure, and referrals to community treatment, counseling, parenting, vocational, educational, and housing services based on a court order and direction from the Probation & Parole officer.

Upward Bound’s goal is to increase the rate at which students enroll and graduate from postsecondary institutions.   • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Program Member agrees to bear sole financial responsibility for the Member Amenities Fee and agrees not to submit to Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity any ▇▇▇▇, invoice or claim for payment or reimbursement of such Member Amenities Fee. c) Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate will separately charge Program Member or Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity for medical, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic services rendered by Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate to Program Member, and Program Member may seek payment or reimbursement from Program Member’s insurer or health plan for any such service to the extent covered by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity. d) Program Member understands, agrees and covenants that this Agreement is a service contract, and not a contract for insurance.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC.
