Program Staff. The Program Staff assists and guides the Participants with the creation of standards and requirements. The Director will determine specific staffing requirements for the Program.
Program Staff. The normal weekly hours of work will be the equivalent of thirty-seven and one-half (37.5) hours per week (seven and one-half [7.5] hours per day) with a one-half hour paid meal break.
Program Staff. Host sites who seek to use personnel time as a source of match must comply with all required National Service Criminal History Checks (NSCHC) according to the Corporation for National and Community Service’s policy and regulations. The host site understands that they must submit to the applicable state and/or federal background check forms, as assigned by, and in accordance with, the [AMERICORPS PROGRAM] background check policy. No match can be counted until the background check has been completed. Individuals that have unsatisfactory background checks will be prohibited from supervising AmeriCorps members.
Program Staff. Extension Educators, Extension Assistants, Extension Associates and support staff who provide support for the Program (“Program Staff”) are currently either employees of the County or the University. Upon execution of this Agreement, the University will transition to employing all Program Staff in a manner consistent with Nebraska Extension’s staffing plan and resources, and pursuant to the terms and conditions of employment established by the University. During this transition period, the County will continue to employ Program Staff that are County employees who have greater than five continuous years of service with the County as of the Effective Date of this Agreement (“County Program Staff”), until such staff no longer provide support to the Program and/or they have separated from their employment with the County. The salaries and expenses for County Program Staff will not be included in the fixed amount of funds paid by the County pursuant to Paragraph 7 above. County Program Staff shall be subject to the terms and conditions of employment established by the County and shall be supervised by the Unit Leader or their designee. The Unit Leader shall provide input regarding Lancaster County employed County Program Staff performance reviews. As County Program Staff separate from their employment with the County, the positions that have been vacated will not be filled by the County and may be filled by Nebraska Extension pursuant to the appropriate personnel rules for the University and Paragraph 7 above. Nothing contained in this Paragraph 8 or any other provision in this Agreement shall create any legal or equitable right to employment enforceable by any individual employed by the County or by the University, nor shall any provision in this Agreement create in any individual the status of a third-party beneficiary.
Program Staff. The QA Plan shall describe the process for developing, training and monitoring staff performance. The QA plan shall specify that staff shall be evaluated annually. 9.2.1. Contractor shall develop a plan of corrective action to address process and outcome measures that are below expectations of this contract.
Program Staff. As of the effective date of this Contract, the Program staff shall include the positions of Senior Organizer, Organizer, and Office Manager.
Program Staff. Contractor’s street outreach team, providing the Program will consist at minimum of a case manager, an engagement specialist, a housing navigator and a project leadership as identified in Attachment “D”, Staffing Plan.
Program Staff. Host site staff providing services described in this agreement are considered contractors under the AmeriCorps Terms & Conditions because they are not employees of the Program. The individual designated as the Site Supervisor must report, on a monthly basis, the hours spent providing the services outlined in this agreement. In addition, the Host Site must provide the Program with the hourly value of salary and benefits, if applicable, for the Site Supervisor on an annual basis and at any time the rate changes or a new individual assumes the role of Site Supervisor. If more than one individual serves as Site Supervisor, each person must complete the monthly time report. Site Supervisor hours must be based on actual time worked providing the specific duties outlined herein and the Site Supervisor or Host Site designee must sign the monthly time form; certifying its accuracy and ensuring the individual is not paid with federal funds. The monthly report must be submitted to the Program within [x days] of the end of each month. Site Supervisors who are considered contractors are not subject to the background check requirements outlined in the AmeriCorps grant.
Program Staff. In the performance of this Agreement, it is mutually understood and agreed that YWCA and its employees are at all times acting and performing as independent service providers with, and not as employees, joint ventures, or agents of the District. The District shall neither have nor exercise any control or direction over the specific methods or judgment by which YWCA provides services to students at the Academy or any other YWCA locations or in connection with any YWCA program. This Agreement does not create an employment relationship between YWCA employees and the District. The District shall not be liable in any way for any compensation, wages or expenses of YWCA personnel in connection with providing services to the student's participating in any YWCA program. YWCA personnel are not entitled to participate in any pension plans, bonus, stock, or similar benefits that the District provides for its employees, including workers' compensation insurance, unemployment compensation, vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social security benefits, disability insurance benefits, unemployment insurance benefits, or any other employee benefits, all of which shall be the sole responsibility of the YWCA. Any employees or subcontractors having access to District locations must submit to a criminal background check as required by Texas law. YWCA shall certify that criminal background search records have been completed and that none of its employees or subcontractors have been convicted of a felony, or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, or of any crime involving harm to a child. The criminal background checks must be performed before any new employee or subcontractor is permitted to enter District property and at least annually for all employees or subcontractors providing services under this Agreement. YWCA shall provide the District with copies of said criminal background checks within twenty-four (24) hours of written demand for same. The District shall be the final arbiter of what constitutes a “location where students are regularly present.”
