Program Year. Refers to the current year of education within a specific program; this 9 designation may or may not correspond to the resident’s graduate year level. See
Program Year. A. The Subrecipient shall perform the Project beginning October 1, 2024 and ending on September 30, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Year”).
B. The Project shall be completed no later than September 30, 2025. Project costs shall not be incurred after the Program Year.
C. If the Subrecipient is delayed in the completion of the Project by any cause legitimately beyond its control, it shall immediately, upon receipt and knowledge of such delay, give written notice to the Village and request an extension of time for completion of the Project. The Subrecipient shall request an extension from the Village in writing at least thirty (30) days before the end of the Program Year. The Village shall either grant or deny the request for an extension in its discretion and shall provide notice to the Subrecipient of its grant or denial of the request.
D. The Subrecipient shall return any funds not expended by the end of the Project to the Village. All funds obligated or committed by the Subrecipient to contractors, suppliers, etc. during the Program Year must be expended by the end of the Program Year unless an extension has been given to the Subrecipient. The Subrecipient shall have 30 days after the close of the Program Year to request reimbursement for costs incurred for the Project, unless an extension has been granted pursuant to this Agreement.
Program Year. The Employer will inform workers when it is known or determined that the program year is to be extended. However, workers recognize that circumstances could nevertheless require changes thereafter.
Program Year. PGY : The Resident shall be paid a flat stipend of Fiscal Amount Dollars and Cents ($Numeric Amount)* during the term of this Agreement. Payment shall be made in equal bi-weekly installments according to standard MMC payroll practices and policies and shall be subject to the customary withholdings of federal and state taxes, FICA, and any other withholdings required by law. *Current stipend schedule for PGY _.
Program Year. For purposes of this agreement, each Program Year shall begin on January 1 (except for the first Program Year which shall begin on February 1) of each calendar year and end on December 31 of the same calendar year.
Program Year a full year of Program operations capable of delivering water. For example, “Program Year 10” refers to ten years after the Program becomes operational and capable of delivering water.
Program Year. Each calendar year (or portion of a calendar year if the Primary Term ends at the end of any calendar quarter during such year other than December 31 of such year) during the Primary Term of this Agreement. A cost under this Agreement for purposes of Payout shall be attributable to the Program Year in which the first Exploratory Well is spudded on the Lease to which such cost relates. If an Exploratory Well is not spudded on a Lease during the Primary Term of this Agreement, the costs relating to such Lease shall be used in the calculation of Payout for the Program Year in which they were incurred. Net Proceeds shall be attributable to the Program Year in which the first Exploratory Well is spudded on the Lease to which such proceeds relate.
Section 2.1 of the Agreement is deleted and the following new Section 2.1 is substituted therefor:
