Project Management Activities. Objective. To manage, administer, and provide ongoing coordination for utilization of resources for the project. This task includes technical and financial management of the contract and acting as liaison with the City, operational staff, and project team. Approach. Project Management Activities. During the dust monitoring activities there will need to be periodic Site visits by the project manager. We have included time for two visits per month and four hours per visit including travel time. There will also be daily review of the lab data by a project manager and communications to field personnel and contractors should fiber counts become excessive. The ADMP Permit requires that the results be compiled and submitted every two weeks to the BAAQMD which will also be done by the MCI project manager. It is also expected that there will be communications with the BAAQMD inspectors when they perform Site inspections. We do not anticipate any other reporting to be required. There is also time needed to coordinate equipment and personnel and the normal paperwork processing. Finally, we anticipate we would request a reduction in the monitoring frequency should the results be favorable over an extended period.
Project Management Activities. ▇▇▇+Elliott’s Project Management activities cover the oversight management of the technical aspects of the APM Contractor’s Work in compliance with the Contract, as well as support GOAA in their Program/Contract controls process as related to work progress, evaluate/address and manage the Contractor’s overall Work activities (i.e. program contract administrative matters, etc.). The Project Management staff will also be responsible for the overall execution of the Lea+▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ activities, especially technical work distribution noted in Section 3.2 below.

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION 2.0 3 Project coordination The Project Manager will hold regular coordination meetings with the Project Team to guide the project. Said meetings shall include A) biweekly virtual project update meetings over the duration of the project, B) one (1) in-person project kickoff meeting, and C) at least 1 virtual or in-person deliverable review meeting throughout the process. Said meetings shall continue over the duration of the project, and the Project Manager will develop meeting agendas and take meeting minutes. The in-person project kick-off meeting shall be held at the beginning of the project, including the entire Project Team and other key personnel, to review the scope.
