Attend Project Meetings. The Design-Builder shall provide the Owner with digital records in nonproprietary pdf format, and paper records, of compiled record drawings showing significant approved changes to the Working Drawings during the Construction Phase.
Attend Project Meetings. SFM will attend and participate in Project team meetings and any other meetings for the Project, if specifically requested to do so by City’s Representative or the Design-Build Contractor.

Attend Project Meetings. Prime Controls personnel will attend two (2) meetings during the project duration to discuss the preliminary engineering report findings. The first meeting will be scheduled to review the draft version of the engineering report. The second meeting will be scheduled review the final version of the engineering report. City comments will be discussed during both meetings. Both meetings will be conducted a minimum of two weeks after the original submittal of the Preliminary Engineering Report to City Personnel allowing City Personnel ample time to review the data furnished. The outcome of the second meeting shall result in clear project boundaries used to define the detailed design phase of the project.

We have assumed an initial kickoff meeting of four hours to review project documents, lines of communication, and safety concerns. We have assumed a total of 12 meetings at two hours each to attend project coordination and bi‐weekly construction meetings to discuss site conditions and address material and geotechnical issues.

Upon request by CITY, FIRM will submit for CITY review an individual project proposal including all information required to complete a Task Order for the individual project. A sample Task Order form is attached. The Task Order proposal will identify the specific tasks to be performed by FIRM. Tasks will be listed in chronological order reflecting the entire scope of work as requested by CITY, along with an estimated cost per task and a combined total Not-to- Exceed cost. Proposals will contain the names and titles of FIRM’S personnel assigned to perform the work and specifically identify the individual who will be the Project Manager. Proposals will contain a project schedule indicating the various tasks and estimated time required to complete each task. FIRM’S project schedule will reflect all work to be performed by FIRM from initial execution through completion.
Attend Project Meetings. The CONTRACTOR shall prepare for, attend and write meeting minutes for Coordination and Team Meetings for the life of this contract. The CONTRACTOR shall prepare proposed horizontal and vertical geometrics for roadway using Microstation V8i. The CONTRACTOR shall include as a minimum all applicable criteria such as horizontal and vertical clearances, super-elevation, and super-elevation transitions, speed design for horizontal and vertical alignments, critical dimensions, pavement limits, approximate construction limits, roadway and property owner names, and preliminary right-of- way and easement limits. This will be an iterative process in that the CONTRACTOR will consider potentially environmentally sensitive areas when determining the appropriate horizontal and vertical geometry. The CONTRACTOR shall identify any required major structures including retaining walls and culverts.
