Public Health Emergency. 25.1 The following provisions apply where there is a Public Health Emergency (PHE) declared by the Director-General of Health under the relevant legislation. These provisions shall also apply as applicable to civil defence emergencies declared under the relevant legislation.
25.2 The parties acknowledge that the public health system will likely be a critical part of the national/regional responses to a PHE.
25.3 If required as part of a response, the parties recognise the urgency of any response and the need for flexibility in how services are delivered, and accordingly temporary changes may be made to how work is organised without the need for a formal change management processes specified in the MECA. The DHB will engage in good faith with the union prior to progressing any PHE response.
25.4 The principles around any such changes are:
a. Where available, Services will work with their staff, including ▇▇▇▇▇ workplace representatives, to develop the most clinically appropriate staffing arrangements to keep patients and staff safe during a PHE.
b. These arrangements could include ways of working that are outside of the standard provisions of the MECA hours of work clauses provided that:
25.5 The rostered ordinary weekly or fortnightly hours of work do not exceed the current maximums without the agreement of the affected employee(s)
Public Health Emergency. 19.5.1 In the event a government agency issues health orders specific to Los Angeles County Schools and the District, the District shall adhere to all protocols ordered by the agency.
19.5.2 The District shall meet with CVSTA as soon as is practicable to negotiate the effects of such orders.
19.5.3 Should the District close one or more schools due to a public health emergency, the District shall notify unit members at the affected locations as soon as is practicable.
Public Health Emergency. 15.3.1 In the event that Project/s within the scope of this Agreement will be performed or proceed during a public health emergency (such as COVID19 Pandemic and/or other similar or related virus or health circumstances), Service Provider warrants that it will acquaint itself and strictly comply with the applicable laws, rules and regulations, risks, reasonable requirements, protections, and potential effects of such public health emergency including, without limitation, to possible effects on this Agreement, the Project, services provided and/or any and all persons performing or otherwise participating in any part of the foregoing. Service Provider further warrants that it will continue to perform the Services for no more than the agreed upon fees and within same service level expectations and Contract Period. Further, Service Provider agrees to reasonably cooperate with Accenture in order to comply with requirements aimed at ensuring continuity of its services to Accenture.
15.3.2 Accenture and Service Provider hereby agree that if after the Effective Date, a governmental or quasi- governmental authority issues any order, regulation, requirement or other rule that requires Service Provider to cease performance of its Services as a result of the aforementioned public health emergency and/or any other related cause, the Parties will promptly confer in good faith to determine whether each agrees, in its respective determination, to an equitable change in service level expectations or Contract Period. Service Provider shall support all such requests for additional or modified Contract Period with adequate supporting documentation. Any agreed change to such time/period must be in writing and signed by both Parties. Service Provider shall at all times use commercially reasonable best efforts to minimize any impact by any public health emergency/events related thereto on the Project, this Agreement and the services provided to Accenture. This data privacy schedule (“Data Privacy Schedule”) is subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. This Data Privacy Schedule shall be considered a Schedule to the Agreement and shall be deemed part of the Agreement. Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. Public Health Emergency. Grantee shall follow the orders and guidance of the City and County of San Francisco’s issuing Department related to a disaster and emergency response event, defined as public emergency affecting life, health, or property. This may include, but is not limited to, altering the method of service delivery on a temporary basis to protect the health and safety of Grantee staff and the served population.
Public Health Emergency. All employees may be called upon and shall be expected to respond to a public health emergency as part of the Public Health Response Team or emergency preparedness directives.
Public Health Emergency. In the event the College must cease operations of its Housing and Dining Program to the general student population due to public health emergency needs, including COVID, the refund schedule outlined in Section 1(b) of this Agreement will apply. If a student who has executed this Agreement obtains permission to remain on campus during ceased operations (“permitted students”), this Agreement will remain fully effective. Should Permitted Students require additional time on campus outside the dates of the applicable academic term and the College grants such additional permission, the Permitted Student will enter into a separate Agreement for the additional period of time on campus.
Public Health Emergency. A. Contractor is advised that public health emergencies, as declared by the City, the State of Vermont, or the Federal Government, including the current pandemic of Novel Coronavirus (COVID–19), may introduce significant uncertainty into the project. Contractor must comply with all local, state, federal orders, directives, regulations, guidance, advisories during a public health emergency. Contractor shall adhere to the below provisions and consider public health emergencies as they develop project schedules and advance the work.
Public Health Emergency. 6.1 No refund, credit or rebate of College Fees will be allowed in respect of circumstances relating to a Public Health Emergency.
6.2 The College will not be liable for any loss or expense you may incur in relation to a Public Health Emergency.

Public Health Emergency. This Agreement becomes operational if:
a. The applicable County or Department authority declares a public health emergency; and,
b. The Local Health Authority, or designee, declares that large scale distribution of medical countermeasures is necessary as a control measure for an outbreak of one or more communicable diseases and/or other treatment associated with a natural or man-made disaster. The onset of such a public health emergency (“public health emergency” or “emergency”) will be relayed by Department to City in a timely manner.
