QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDER Clause Samples
The "Qualifications of Bidder" clause defines the minimum standards and requirements that a bidder must meet to be eligible to participate in a procurement or contract process. Typically, this clause outlines criteria such as relevant experience, financial stability, technical capability, and legal compliance, which bidders must demonstrate through documentation or references. By setting these benchmarks, the clause ensures that only competent and reliable parties are considered, thereby reducing the risk of project failure and promoting fair competition among qualified bidders.
