The Recognition of Exclusive Bargaining Agent clause formally acknowledges a specific labor union or organization as the sole representative of a defined group of employees for purposes of collective bargaining. RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT. (a) The employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the employees in the bargaining unit described in the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board, subject to the exclusions subsequently ordered by the Labour Relations Board or recognized by the parties.
(b) For purposes of this Agreement, the terms "employee" or "employees" shall be understood to mean those persons employed by the Employer for whom the Union is the recognized bargaining agent in (a) above.
RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT. (a) The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the employees in the Bargaining Unit described in the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board, subject to the exclusions subsequently ordered by the Labour Relations Board or recognized by the Parties as per Appendix "A".
(b) For purposes of this Agreement, the terms employee or employees shall be understood to mean those persons employed by the Employer for whom the Union is the recognized Bargaining Agent in (a) above.
(c) There shall be no discrimination exercised or practiced by either party with respect to any employee by reason of his or her union membership status or participation in union activities.

The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the employees in the bargaining unit described in the Certification issued by the Industrial Relations Council of British Columbia, sub- ject to exclusions subsequently ordered by the Labour Relations Board or recognized by the parties. The Employer agrees not to bargain with any other labour organizations for such employees specified in this Agreement during the term of this Agreement. For the purpose of this Agreement, the term “employee” or “employees” shall be under- stood to mean those persons employed by the Employer for whom the Union is the recog- nized bargaining agent in above.

(d) The Employer and the Union agree that no Employee shall be asked to work under any condition that is not consistent with the terms and condition of this collective agreement and at no time shall any Employee covered by this agreement be subject to an agreement without the written agreement of the Union.
RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT. (a) The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the employees in the bargaining unit described in the Certification issued under the Labour Laws of the Province of British Columbia, subject to the exclusions already recognized by the parties, or subsequently ordered by the Labour Relations Board or recognized by the parties.
(b) For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms "employee" or "employees" shall be understood to mean those persons employed by the Employer for whom the Union is the recognized bargaining agent in (a) above.
(c) The Union recognizes the Greater Vancouver Hotel Employers Association as the sole and exclusive agent for the employers named in the accreditation order issued by the Labour Relations Board.
RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT. (a) The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for its employees, as defined in paragraph (b) below.
(b) Except as specifically provided otherwise, the term "employee" or "employees" as used in this Agreement shall be understood to mean the employees of the Employer in the Housekeeping Department at The Westin Resort and Spa, Whistler, B.C., with the exception of those excluded by the Labour Relations Code of B.C. or those exclusions recognized by the parties in paragraph (c) below.
(c) The following positions are excluded from the Housekeeping Department bargaining unit: - Director of Housekeeping - Housekeeping Manager - Assistant Housekeeping Manager - Housekeeping Co-ordinator
RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees, employed at or from its store at West Trans Canada Highway, except persons excluded by the Certification granted by the Labour Relations Board. It is agreed that persons excluded are in the following positions: Store Manager Assistant Store Manager Loss Prevention Manager Sales Managers The Parties agree that any changes or additions to the above positions must meet the test for confidential or managerial exclusion if they are to be excluded from the bargaining unit.

(b) Except as specifically provided otherwise, the term “employee” or “employees” as used in this Agreement shall be understood to mean the employees of the Employer in the Housekeeping Department at Whistler, B.C., with the exception of those excluded by the Labour Relations Code of B.C. or those exclusions recognized by the parties in paragraph (c) below.
RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT.
(a) The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees as identified in the BC Labour Relations Board bargaining unit certificate. Additions and deletions of bargaining unit positions during the term of this collective agreement may be varied from time to time by agreement of the parties.
