Regular Consultation Clause Samples

The Regular Consultation clause establishes a requirement for the parties to meet or communicate at set intervals to discuss the progress, issues, or developments related to their agreement. Typically, this involves scheduled meetings—such as monthly or quarterly reviews—where both sides can raise concerns, share updates, and collaboratively address any challenges. Its core practical function is to promote ongoing communication and cooperation, helping to identify and resolve problems early and ensuring that both parties remain aligned throughout the duration of the contract.
Regular Consultation. The parties agree to consult regularly during the term of this agreement about issues relating to the workplace which affect the parties or any employee bound by the agreement.
