Resources Department. Non-sworn Employees may be eligible to receive a Special Merit Increase at the recommendation of the department to reward exemplary performance in accordance with Section 217 of Personnel Policies and Procedures. Special Merit Increases are subject to funding and final approval by the Mayor.
Resources Department. The District shall integrate the employee's pay with employee's State Disability benefits in the following way:
