Resources Department. To the extent provided by law, you may, at any time, have the right to request: access to Personal Data, rectification of Personal Data, erasure of Personal Data, restriction of processing of Personal Data, and

16 C. Child Rearing Leave as described in Section 7.3.5.; or
17 D. Termination of employment by resignation.
Resources Department. In filling a vacancy, the most recent category eligibility and 18 certification, qualification and college preparation information on file in the Human 19 Resources Department shall be determinative.
