By using your Card with your PIN at ATM’s or other electronic terminals operated by a participating institution, network system, or company (collectively “terminals”), you authorize us to effect the transactions from or to your savings or checking account(s) in accordance with the instructions given at the terminals. Any paid parental leave taken will be counted toward the 18 weeks of protected leave per rolling 12- month period available to employees under AFLA or the twelve weeks of protected leave per rolling twelve-month period available to employees under FMLA.
2. Use in weekly blocks; use in coordination with other leave; unused paid parental leave; leave accrual during use. Employees must take paid parental leave in weekly blocks (40 hours over the course of a single work week or, for eligible employees who work less than full time, one- fourth of the amount of leave available to them under section A.) and must use all paid parental leave during approved AFLA or FMLA leave for the qualifying event. Any unused paid parental leave will be forfeited at the end of the approved AFLA or FMLA leave period. Employees that are awarded non-cashable leave under subsection A. will not accrue leave or sick leave while on paid parental leave.
3. One award per rolling 12-month period; to eligible employees. In no case will an employee receive more than one award of 160 hours of non-cashable (or the prorated amount for employees that work less than full time) leave as paid parental leave in a rolling 12-month period, regardless of whether more than one birth, adoption, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care placement, or other qualifying event occurs within that twelve-month time frame. The birth or placement of more than one child at the same time will be treated as one qualifying event for which an employee will receive a total of 160 hours (or the prorated portion of hours for employees that work less than full time). If two eligible employees experience the same qualifying event, both employees may take parental leave.

Upon signing this use agreement you agree to conduct a program that promotes good moral conduct and adheres to the following list of expectations: Adult supervision is required at all times with at least one adult in each cabin on overnight events. No use of alcohol, or illegal use of drugs is permitted anywhere on the property. No illicit sexual behavior or misconduct. Fishing is permitted as long as the laws of the state of OK are adhered to which requires fishing licenses for those wishing to fish. No unauthorized personnel (staff or campers) are allowed in the kitchen area or ▇▇▇▇’▇ quarters.

Rules for Use. 1. The lessee must comply with the traffic signs and other parking rules, particularly those displayed on notices in the parking garage/car park, and follow instructions issued by the lessor’s personnel.
2. The lessee can – if the lessor has not assigned him/her a particular parking space – choose the next free parking space from among those not marked ‘reserved’. NOTE: transitory waiting times upon entry into the facility must be accepted.
3. The lessor has the right to remove any motor car from the parking garage/car park in the event of an urgent danger.
4. The following, in particular, are prohibited in the parking garage/car park:
a. smoking and the use of fire b. storage of waste, fuel or inflammable items or empty fuel containers
c. unnecessary running or testing of engines and causing unnecessary noise through sounding horns etc.
d. parking motor cars with a leaking tank or carburettor, draining coolant or draining or replenishing fuel or oil
e. repairing or cleaning of motor cars
f. riding through the parking garage/car park on motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, roller skates, in-line skates or skateboards etc.
g. unauthorised putting up of posters and unauthorised distribution of advertising materials (promotional literature, leaflets, business cards, patterns, samples, etc.) without the lessor’s written permission h. depositing of items, particularly waste and refuse
i. begging, peddling, camping or practising prostitution j. parking vehicles which are not approved by the police.
5. The parking garage/car park can only be entered by the occupants of the motor cars parked in it for the purposes of use in compliance with the contract. The time spent in the facility should be limited to the time necessary for the parking process. Unauthorised stays in the parking garage/car park will result in the personal details of the person in question being taken, the issuance of a ban on entering the facility and possibly a complaint being lodged with the police due to trespassing.
6. The lessee must park his/her motor car exclusively in the parking spaces marked for that purpose and not marked ‘reserved’, such that all users can freely enter and leave their vehicles in the adjacent spaces and can freely drive into and out of the facility and use all the entrances, exits and stairwells.
