Scheduling of working time. Part-time work may not normally be scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays. Part-time workers may, however, participate in shiftwork and staggered hours. The rules of clause 2 (1) and (2), clause 3 and clause 7 apply at the scheduling of variable weekly working hours, flexitime, staggered working hours and shiftwork.
Scheduling of working time. When scheduling working time, account shall be taken of both the organisation’s needs and the salaried employee’s needs and wishes. The focus shall as far as possible be on ensuring that the salaried employee has the opportunity to balance their work with family and general social life. The individual salaried employee is entitled to have their wishes regarding the length and scheduling of working time considered by the employer. If the salaried employee’s wishes cannot be met, the employer shall give reasons for this. The individual salaried employee’s wishes shall also be weighed against other salaried employees’ needs and wishes. If the salaried employee’s working time is changed, a reasonable transition period may be required. The employer shall inform the affected salaried employee at least one month before the change is implemented.

  • Scheduling of Work Subcontractor shall provide Contractor with scheduling information and a proposed schedule for performance of the Subcontract Work consistent with the Progress Schedule and in a form acceptable to Contractor. Subcontractor shall comply with the Progress Schedule including, but not specifically limited to, commencement, duration, and sequencing of activities. Contractor shall reasonably cooperate with the Subcontractor in scheduling the Subcontract Work and shall attempt, as reasonably possible, to avoid conflicts or interference with the Subcontract Work.

  • CUTTING AND PATCHING OF WORK 4.14.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for all cutting, fitting or patching that may be required to complete the Work or to make its several parts fit together properly. 4.14.2 The Contractor shall not damage or endanger any portion of the Work or the work of the State or any separate contractors by cutting, patching or otherwise altering any work, or by excavation. The Contractor shall not cut or otherwise alter the work of the State or any separate contractor except with the written consent of the State and of such separate contractor. The Contractor shall not unreasonably withhold from the State or any separate contractor his consent to cutting or otherwise altering the Work.

  • Period of Work Work under this Agreement shall begin no sooner than the date on which this Agreement has been fully executed by the parties and approved by the Controller and the State Purchases Review Committee. Unless terminated earlier, this Agreement shall expire on the date set out on the first page of this Agreement, or at the completion and acceptance of all specified tasks, and delivery of all contracted products and services as defined in this Agreement, including performance of any warranty and/or maintenance agreements, whichever is the later date.

  • Posting of Work Schedules Work schedules shall be written in ink and posted and maintained in such a way as to provide every employee an opportunity to know her shift schedule for an advanced period of six (6) weeks.
