Security of Your Information. You are solely responsible for the development, content, operation, and maintenance of Your Information, and for properly configuring and using MWS and taking your own steps to maintain appropriate security, protection and backup of Your Information, including using encryption technology to protect them from unauthorized access and routinely archiving them. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or the deletion, destruction, damage, loss, or failure to store any of Your Information in connection with MWS (including as a result of your or any Seller’s or other third party’s errors, acts, or omissions).

Security of Your Information. Information sent to Glooko is transmitted using SSL encryption and is stored encrypted on the Glooko Virtual Servers hosted in web based cloud hosting. Only Glooko technical staff who possess the encryption key can access the information stored in Glooko’s cloud storage. Although the information on Glooko servers is encrypted and protected from unauthorized access by other parties, information stored by Glooko is held outside of Canada. Information may not be protected by laws that are comparable to Canadian laws in effect to protect your privacy.

Security of Your Information. You acknowledge the Internet is not an entirely secure medium for communication and, accordingly, the Bank cannot guarantee the security of any information exchanged via the Internet. We are not responsible for any damages you, or others, may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information which is not contained in this privacy statement.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information and do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure such information. Although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information, searches, or other communications will always remain secure. Users should also take care with how they handle and disclose their personal information and should avoid sending personal information through insecure e-mail. By using the Service or providing Personal Information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Service.
