Security Statement. We understand the importance of customer security. Protecting your confidential financial information is our number one priority. We maintain strict standards of security designed to ensure a secure exchange of information with our customers. As part of our commitment, customer information and account data is protected by multiple security protocols: firewalls, data encryption and a verifiable Password. We provide end-to-end encryption to secure transactions while in transit. Encryption technology transmits information sent over the Internet by encoding the transmitted data. A firewall is designed to protect information stored in our computer systems from unauthorized entry. Your account information is also protected with a Password known only to you. Your Password must be used to access your accounts and authorize payments. Only you know your private Password, so you can be confident that your data is secure if you do not provide your Password to someone else. You will know when you're in a safe environment when a "locked" icon is displayed in your browser. To gain a greater level of protection, we recommend that you memorize and keep your Password secret, change your Password on a regular basis and not use birth dates, first or last names, or other documented numbers or letters that may be easy to locate. If you must write down your Password, keep it in a safe place. In addition, our strict security standards require all browsers that are used to access account information to have 128-bit encryption. Use of 128-bit encryption technology is one of the most secure forms of encryption currently available for commercial use on the Internet. This Security Statement is a constant reminder to our customers that the security of their personal information is always of our utmost concern. Your enrollment in Dundee Bank Online Banking and/or Mobile Banking (the “Service”) includes enrollment to receive transaction alerts and notifications (“Alerts”). Alerts are electronic notices from us that contain transactional information about your Dundee Bank account(s). Security Statement. Any and all privacy security disputes regarding Your Products shall be settled by You and End Users, and HONOR shall not bear any liabilities arising therefrom. HONOR may (but has no obligation to) provide You with opinions and suggestions on resolving such privacy security disputes in order to protect End Users' rights and interests. You shall notify Honor without undue delay in the event of any breach of Personal Data. Without prejudice to any other of its rights or remedies in this Agreement (including HONOR’s right to be indemnified by You or those provided by law) HONOR may terminate this Agreement with You for a breach by You of this Clause 6.

Security Statement. The U of I Community Credit Union is committed to ensure the confidentiality of your online transactions. Our banking products incorporate security features for safeguarding your accounts and the information you transmit to us during a session. For your protection, we use 128-bit Secured Socket Layer (SSL) strong encryption during your online sessions. Encryption is a sophisticated way of scrambling all information transmitted online before it leaves your computer, so that all information, including passwords and online ▇▇▇▇ payments are completely unreadable by unauthorized third parties. No transactional information will be transmitted without first being encrypted. We require that your web browser support 128-bit encryption because it is more effective than 40-bit encryption. While 40-bit encryption might be fine for low risk transactions, it is not adequate for protecting financial transactions. When you supply data via the Internet, it is encrypted before it travels. We decode and process the data at our end. When we provide data to you, it is encrypted at our end, and sent to you. When you receive it, your browser decodes the information and displays it to you. You can ensure that your online information is encrypted in Netscape if the small key or lock at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen is unbroken. For Microsoft browsers, a lock appears on the bottom right of your screen during an encrypted session. To further safeguard your account information against unauthorized access, the software employs a double authentication scheme. It prevents an unauthorized user from accidentally or deliberately determining your session ID while you are online and executing transactions against your account. For a secure system running Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP or Macintosh OS 8.x and higher operating systems, we recommend using the following browsers. Other operating systems and browser versions may function with iBranch, but may not provide the functionality and security of those listed. The policy directs employees not to leave any sensitive business information (in printed format or on screen) visible to non-authorised employees. Desks should be cleared, and all documents stored safely in secure cabinets or other security furniture when not required. Staff are also required to lock their screens if leaving their desktops or laptops unattended even for a while. All emails and data transferred from Revenue systems are recorded and can be reviewed. Logs and audit trails of systems access are maintained. Revenue Data Centres operate at and are independently audited to the ISO27001 standard for IT security and ISO22301 for business continuity. Security systems are constantly monitored and periodically implemented based on the types of threats that evolve. Security tests are periodically carried out and rules are applied to eliminate vulnerabilities. Quarterly reporting on ISO20000 (IT Service Management) to Revenue’s Information Technology Executive Committee takes place quarterly. ISO certification and audit and Internal Audit technical audit support are provided by retained external entities under the direction of internal Revenue teams.

A brief overview of security controls are provided below. State Bank’s Digital Banking system utilizes a defense-in-depth security model. This means that there are many layers of security controls in place to protect confidential information. A multi- layered router and firewall architecture effectively isolates confidential information from internet access. The Digital Banking network is properly segmented using VLAN's Sub-Net, and Network Address Translation, and it utilizes the latest industry standards and protocols for secure communication (i.e. VPN, SSL, IPSec, etc.) We proactively monitor and manage detection of vulnerabilities and security events, and immediately take the proper corrective actions. Username/ID’s are unique to each user and strong password criterion is required. As a result of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act (GLBA), financial institutions are required to ensure data privacy. State Bank’s Digital Banking System has deployed a comprehensive Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to meet these regulatory requirements for transmitting sensitive information. The Digital Banking’s PKI is a cohesive system of effective policies, processes and encryption technologies (i.e. PGP, Entrust, VeriSign etc.) that all work together to confirm user authenticity and ensure data confidentiality and integrity. By combining the latest technology with authenticated access, State Bank makes your Digital Banking transactions secure.
