Session Fees. Whenever session fees are applicable, Producer shall be required to pay a session fee to any Actor who is called to be present at the theater or rehearsal space when Recording is taking place. Stage Managers shall be paid the on-camera Principal rate.

Session Fees. Client shall have sole authority to determine and set in real-time Session Fees. Client shall be solely responsible for determining and charging Session Fees in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any restriction on Client’s use of per-kWh pricing). A number of practitioners offer Bulk Billing when they first join our organisation. Usual pricing resumes once they become established. If you are attending services funded by a Third Party Provider, your clinician may be required to provide treatment progress updates to this Third Party. Each Artist, Stage Manager and Dance Captain who is called when the commercial is Recorded shall be paid not less than the session fee, whether or not the Artist is seen or heard in the commercial. If a Stage Manager or Dance Captain is not called for the session but is required to render services in connection with the production of the commercial, the Producer shall pay not less than the session fee.

Payment for Live Television Promotional Appearances. Whenever an Actor appears in costume on a news, talk or entertainment show, said Actor shall be paid not less than one-eighth of the Actor’s contractual salary up to a cap of 250% of weekly minimum salary plus the applicable SAG-AFTRA rate. If a Stage Manager is required by Producer to be in attendance at the appearance or a rehearsal for said appearance, he shall also receive payments as outlined in this clause. If the Stage Manager is not called to the appearance or a rehearsal for same, but does work in preparation for or restoration after the appearance, the Stage Manager will be paid at the overtime rate for each hour of such work, up to a maximum of three hours. Use of Footage After Expiration Date of Contract. Any footage produced under Rule 36 shall continue to be governed by the terms of this Agreement without regard to the expiration of this Agreement and without regard to the amendment of this Agreement except to the extent that such amendment shall so provide.
