SHIFT WORK ALLOWANCES Clause Samples
The Shift Work Allowances clause defines the additional compensation or benefits provided to employees who work outside of standard daytime hours, such as evenings, nights, or weekends. Typically, this clause outlines the specific rates or percentages added to base pay for various shifts, and may detail eligibility criteria or exceptions.
