Site Allowances Sample Clauses
The Site Allowances clause defines the allocation of additional funds or resources to account for specific site-related conditions or requirements that may not be fully detailed at the outset of a project. Typically, this clause specifies the types of costs covered—such as unforeseen ground conditions, site access issues, or local regulatory requirements—and outlines the process for claiming and adjusting these allowances as the project progresses. Its core practical function is to provide financial flexibility and reduce disputes by preemptively addressing potential site-specific uncertainties that could otherwise lead to cost overruns or delays.
