Standard Operating Hours. Lessor’s standard operating hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Lessee shall be billed for production-related afterhours/weekend work in accord with Lessor’s current rate card. Main Equipment load-ins and load- outs are exempted.

h. The shift arrangements contained in Clause 14 shall apply unless varied in consultation to meet operational requirements.
i. When on day shift, a 30 minute paid meal break and a 15 minute paid rest period shall apply. When on afternoon and evening shift two paid rest periods of 15 minutes shall apply provided that, subject to the discretion of the shift supervisor a paid meal break of 30 minutes and a 15-minute paid rest period may apply in lieu.
