Status and changes. 1. The right of Union citizens and United Kingdom nationals, and their respective family members, to rely directly on this Part shall not be affected when they change status, for example between student, worker, self-employed person and economically inactive person. Persons who, at the end of the transition period, enjoy a right of residence in their capacity as family members of Union citizens or United Kingdom nationals, cannot become persons referred to in points (a) to (d) of Article 10(1).
2. The rights provided for in this Title for the family members who are dependants of Union citizens or United Kingdom nationals before the end of the transition period, shall be maintained even after they cease to be dependants.

3.3 When the Sender completes its instruction to send a Payment it will constitute conclusive proof of his/her intention to be bound to these terms and conditions.

Status and changes. 2.1 We offer access to certain financial and banking services, as determined by us from time to time, using WhatsApp Messenger. When accessing these services using WhatsApp Messenger, the terms of this Agreement will apply.
2.2 We may change these terms from time to time. We may do so without notice and the latest version of this Agreement available on our website will apply.
2.3 This Agreement only applies when you access services using WhatsApp Messenger. If you have accepted the Remote Banking Terms and to the extent that there is a difference between this Agreement and the Remote Banking Terms, this Agreement will apply when you access services using WhatsApp Messenger and the Remote Banking Terms will apply to all other communications between us.

3.3 When the Sender has selected his/her Secret Code and entered his/her PIN to authorise the sending of cash, it will constitute conclusive proof of his/her instructions to us and his/her intention to be bound to these terms and conditions.
3.4 When a Recipient enters and or provides the Secret Code at a participating retailers store or at a Capitec card less ATM, and or signs the Till Slip, it will constitute conclusive proof of his/her intention to be bound to these terms and conditions insofar as they may relate to Recipients.
3.5 When a Sender uses this service, there is no agreement between us and the Recipient that you nominate to access the Cash. We will not become involved in any dispute between you and any Recipient.

3.2 We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notification. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective as against Senders in respect of all Bulk Payments initiated after such changes have been incorporated into these terms and as against Beneficiaries in respect of all Stamps paid out by us after such changes have been incorporated into these terms.
3.3 When the Sender deposits funds into our bank account it will constitute conclusive proof of his/her instructions to us and his/her intention to be bound to these terms and conditions.
