Stipend Positions Sample Clauses

The 'Stipend Positions' clause defines roles within an organization or agreement that are compensated with a fixed, regular payment rather than a salary or hourly wage. It typically outlines which positions qualify for stipends, the amount and frequency of payments, and any conditions or expectations tied to receiving the stipend, such as specific duties or time commitments. This clause ensures clarity regarding compensation for certain roles, helping to prevent misunderstandings about payment structure and obligations.
