Storage and Distribution Clause Samples

The Storage and Distribution clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for storing and delivering goods or materials under an agreement. It typically outlines where and how products will be stored, who bears the risk and costs during storage, and the logistics for distributing the items to their intended destinations. For example, it may specify that the seller must store goods in a secure facility until shipment, or that the buyer is responsible for arranging transportation. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding the handling and movement of goods, thereby minimizing disputes and clarifying risk allocation during storage and distribution.
