Typically, it details the start and end dates, compensation, duties, and any special provisions relevant to the summer months, such as adjusted work hours or seasonal responsibilities. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their obligations and expectations for the limited duration, helping to prevent misunderstandings and disputes related to temporary or seasonal work arrangements.
