Though every effort will be made to accommodate preferences, SE Housing and Residence Life staff will make assignments based upon space and availability. The deadline for new agreements is June 15th for fall assignments, December 15th for spring assignments and April 15th for summer assignments. This means that all agreements received prior to this date will be given priority over requests received after this date. Fall room assignments are made after June 15th, and are usually available after July 15th. Students currently residing in the Residence Halls will have the opportunity to participate in the Priority Room Assignment Process during the spring semester (notice will be posted in halls). Additionally, newly admitted students will be given the opportunity to participate in Advanced Room Assignment Process on SE’s Curriculum Contest day and on scheduled Fall Preview dates, when they occur prior to the June 15th deadline. (See SE calendar for specific dates.) These options are open only to prospective students who are present and submit an agreement and deposit/application fee on or by these days. Other than these specified dates, all assignments will be made during the first week of July for agreements received by June 15. Any agreements received after the deadline date will be assigned on a space available basis, and students may not receive assignment information prior to the move in date. Please carefully consider the information regarding specialty housing before making your housing preference selection. Specialty communities will be created based on interest (and may not be created if there is insufficient interest.) Summer Semester. An additional charge will be assessed for housing occupied between the summer and fall semesters. Students must apply separately for summer housing through Residence Life.
Summer Semester. If additional charges result from classes being added later, these charges will be due the day the additional registration takes place, NOT when the classes begin. There will be NO REFUND for these classes if they are later dropped, unless the student withdraws from school.

Summer Semester. 9.7.1 The ▇▇▇▇, with the consent of the faculty member, may assign summer courses to a faculty member as part of their regular workload assignment. Such assignment would replace teaching units in either the Fall or Spring of the preceding Academic Year.
9.7.2 Faculty assigned summer courses in accordance with this provision are not entitled to additional compensation for this work.
9.7.3 Nothing in this provision would preclude faculty from accepting summer teaching assignments on an overload/summer basis which are compensated as described in Article 16.2 (Overload and Administrative Stipends).
Summer Semester. June 10th. In addition, all documentation (including course grade reports and paid tuition request) submitted in support of reimbursement payment must be received no later than sixty (60) calendar days following completion of the course. Exceptions to the sixty (60) day rule, for up to an additional sixty (60) days, will only be made if failure to comply is due to the documented delay by the university in issuance of final paperwork. Requests that are submitted after the deadlines detailed above will be reviewed at the start of June of each year. If any monies remain unused in the tuition reimbursement pool after all timely and fully documented tuition reimbursement requests are processed, such untimely, fully documented tuition reimbursement requests will be processed, on a first come, first served basis.
